Colosseo Apartment 183

Perfect stay for two adults and two teens. Could easily have room for more. Any feedback is to suggest minor improvement

Pros: Very spacious property with fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave and coffee maker. An air fryer may be a useful addition so we could cook things like fries. It also had washer/dryer machine and a maiden to dry things that could not be dried in dryer. It would have been helpful to have English instructions as we once had a cycle stick for a few hours and didn’t know how to stop it. Owner very responsive and he hung around on the morning we checked out to ensure he could communicate the right size taxi accommodate our four large cases and four large back packs. It was freezing so we were very grateful.

Cons: The heating was not to be touched. This did not impact our stay as we were out all day and it came on in the evening but if we were staying during the day we may have wanted to use it.

Lovely spacious apartment near the Colosseum

Pros: Marco, the host was very responsive to us. The place was big, spacious, clean and well equipped. Having 2 bathrooms was a great. It was near to restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop and train station. We even walked back from central Rome

Cons: We could hear noise from the streets but the host very thoughtfully provided ear plug for our usage.

Pros: House had everything we need to spend 3 nights in Rome. Full equiped and serviced. Comfortable, big enough. Marco was very attentive and supportive via whatasapp during our stay. We left the luggage there after check out time without any impediments. Very trustable, would recommend 10/10.

Loved the apartment and the neighbourhood

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment Great attention to detail Excellent communication Lovely supermarket next door Cafè 081 across the street for breakfast Meruli up the street for dinner Spectacular location

Cons: Nothing. I would stay again in a heartbeat It was a bit noisy but any city centre is.

Pros: Everything was just perfect. The host was extremely responsive - provided us with everything we asked for, recommended restaurants, even booked us a taxi to the airport. The apartment on the other hand looked good in the pictures, but in real life it is just wonderful - spacious, clean, equipped with absolutely everything you could need. The location is more than good, five minutes from the colosseum, everything important is within walking distance. I recommend the place with both hands, especially if you are coming as a family or a group of 4 like us, even 6 people

Cons: The apartment is located on a busy street, during the day it is not a problem, but at night it is difficult to sleep without earplugs. And yet we really liked the place

Perfect stay!

Pros: Really good experience here. The apartment is so spacious, and clean. It is perfectly located and honestly the host is lovely. Would 10/10 recommend. Nice view, nice restaurants nearby.

Cons: On our last morning the shower started overflowing.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was very spacious and well-maintained. All the appliances and facilities worked perfectly, which made our stay smooth and comfortable. The location was also a big plus — close to supermarkets and restaurants, with many places within walking distance. The host was exceptionally friendly and communicative, offering helpful recommendations for local spots to visit and dine.

Cons: There were no issues with the property itself. The only thing to note is that it’s located on a busy street, so there was some noise from outside. This didn’t bother us at all, as we’re used to it, but it might be something for families with young children to keep in mind.

Spacious and central

Pros: The host Marco gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. It was a very hot day in Rome, and Marco had placed bottles of water in the fridge for us on arrival. Communication with Marco was excellent. He suggested things for us to do and see. The apartment was a LOT bigger than we expected, and the facilities were great - pods for the coffee machine and sharp knives!♡♡ , great air conditioning, extra towels. The location was good, not far from the train station and the Colosseum. The grocery store is very close. Felt safe walking at night in the neighbourhood.

Cons: The lift was great, but only holds 2 people.

Very spacious apartment in great location for exploring and enjoying main sites of Rome.

Pros: Friendly and helpful host. Great location from which to explore and enjoy Rome.
