Excellent location. Friendly helpful host

Pros: Fantastic location for exploring the city with great local restaurants. 5 minute walk to the Coloseo and the palatine

Pros: The property was even better than the pictures showed. We were meet by the owner Piero who let us check in early on Christmas Eve. He was so kind to recommend local supermarkets and restaurants and even gave us the discount card to the local supermarket. It was conveniently located only a 5-10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The kitchen was small but had everything we required to make a Christmas dinner. It felt very safe in the neighbourhood and Piero has left the apartment with original floors to pay homage to its original occupants (Nuns). If in Rome again we would return. We really enjoyed our stay in your apartment.

Pros: Everything was great Host was exceptional, he even let us check out late. You got everything you need in the house with wine too. Location is amazing just 3 mins from colosseum Nice neighborhood, calm , clean and confortable house to make a family feels home and get good sleep Supermarket almost at the door

Pros: Property was perfect size for my family of 5. Towels and toiletries were provided. Small kitchen but adequate for us as we only prepared breakfast.

Cons: The shower was ok but needs updating. The shower head wasn’t powerful so maybe review this. Curtains that block the light would be helpful.

Pros: The property was perfect for our a family of 5. The location was excellent and the facilities such as the washing machine were fine. The host took care of our needs from recommendations to storage our luggage on the last day.

Pros: We stayed here as a family and had an amazing time. Piero was an incredible host—check-in was super easy, and he took the time to walk us through the house and his recommendations for Rome. He even prepared a booklet with tips on what to do and where to eat nearby. The house itself had everything we needed and more: a smart TV, books about Rome and stuff, board games, puzzles, and air conditioning in every room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thanks again, Piero!

Close to colosseum and metro. Easy to navigate the city by metro and trams

And last but not least, the location is perfect. 7 min walking from Colossem and yet nice and calm neighborhood. Thank you for this experience! Highly recommended

Pros: The apartment is spacious, looks just like in the photos. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, nice place to stay and a pleasant experience.

Great apartment close to main sights

Pros: Excellent location in historic setting. The apartment has all the facilities you need for a great stay in Rome including a well equipped kitchen. Also great with two toilets and 3 bed-rooms. Very friendly host
