PERFECT LOCATION. COLOSSEO

Pros: Beautiful area and perfect location of the apartment. 200 meters from Colosseo. In a peaceful and quiet area. Big comfortable bed. Heating works perfectly well. I felt warm and comfortable.

A true gem, an oasis in the middle of the big city :)

Pros: Everything was just great. In the city center, in a green garden, a house with its own entrance, quiet, safe, everything you need for everyday life and more. Friendly hosts and nice neighbors. Highly recommended! Molto grazie !!! :)

My stay was exceptional

Pros: Good location. Clean. Affordable. Host was friendly and very helpful with every enquiry. The facility was fully furnished and had everything you might need on the trip. In summary I had an amazing stay on this studio, it made my travel in Rome amazing

A delightful small flat by the Colosseum

Pros: A great location for a comfortable, cosy little apartment, just off the Colosseum. Very nice host and assistance; a very good shower and bathroom; and a tiny but very functional kitchen; a very comfortable bed; a thankfully quiet place to rest after a busy day in Rome!

Cons: There are minor details on which the owners can still work to improve the guests' experience. For instance: it's nice and handy to have a little kitchen at your disposal - it would be of help to find the necessities available, both edible (coffee, tea, water; a packet of crackers or biscuit) and non (dishwashing liquid, for instance).

Pros: Location and layout of the property were excellent

Cons: As much as I wanted to give this property top marks the only thing I could suggest would be more cleaning products. An extra / fresh dish cloth and t-towel, washing liquid and hand soap in bathroom and perhaps some condiments like salt & pepper sugar and coffee or tea bags that didn’t appear so old.

Pros: Studio Rental has a perfect location. You can reach to Colosseo, Domus Aurea, metro station, local pubs and restaurants by walk and also you can go all around the city by bus or tram. Very safety, clean and calm area to stay.

Cons: It has 3 important problems which are humidity, insufficient daylight and ants... Within three days you may see the house full of dead ants. You may feel a damp and wet smells on your clothes due to humidity. Since the house is located in a courtyard, it does not have easy access to sunlight. On the other hand if you are at Rome, to be at home is not necessary so just discover the city and come home for just sleeping.

Everything you need and incredible location.

Pros: Incredible location very close to the Colosseum. Lots of local bars and restaurants and masses of public transport going almost anywhere you want in Rome. Super quiet and with everything you need for a great Rome stay. Great bathroom, kitchenette, air con, tv, everything! I would definitely book here again.

Cons: As I was a long stay guest it would have been nice to be offered clean sheets and cleaning materials to maintain cleanliness between professional cleans…towels are easy to wash and dry but sheets are trickier. Still loved it!

Es war perfekt

Pros: Es war sauber, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Alles war perfekt

Cons: Nichts

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und doch zentral, außerdem viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist daher etwas dunkel. Doch wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, macht das nichts.

À retenir pour un prochain séjour à Rome 👍

Pros: L’accueil et la disponibilité de la personne qui m’a pris en charge. La proximité avec le Colisée et les commerces et restaurants aux alentours. Le calme des lieux (mars). La machine à laver, un vrai plus ! Le check out très pratique.

Cons: Le sol était pas mal poussiéreux, dommage 😕 Un aspirateur dans les équipements serait une bonne solution 😉 Appartement sombre
