Pros: The location of this apartment is really awesome, just out of the building you have the Coliseum opposite to it. The owner was really kind and the apartment was clean and comfortable. They have this old classical furniture that makes the place more special and feels more authentic. Would recommend to anyone.

Cons: It was all quite good, but on Saturday the area surrounding the apartment is busy with parties and it gets noisy. If you're a light sleeper it can be difficult to sleep. Other than that, pretty great overall.

Excellent apartment, value for money!

Pros: The property is in a convenient location, right in front of the Colosseum. It is a basic apartment but clean and well-maintained.

Cons: We already know that it is a walk up apartment, on the fourth floor with no elevators, so that is expected.

Pros: Расположение напротив колизея, это идеально для того чтобы увидеть все самые важные и красивые достопримечательности, не прибегая к помощи транспорта или такси

Cons: Немного шумно, но это самый центр, куча небольших ресторанчиков, толпа туристов, центральная магистраль города и шумные трамваи, поэтому даже задраивая окна на ставни, окна и крышки, будьте готовы к шуму и берите беруши!

Pros: Excellent stay! The caretaker (Carmelo) was super helpful, assisting with luggage and providing valuable local tips, ensuring our safety and smooth arrival. The room was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. My family thoroughly enjoyed the place. Only suggestions would be adding a dishwasher, dryer, and elevator (given it's on the 4th floor) for added convenience. Otherwise, highly recommend!\

Espectacular!

Pros: El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Justo frente al Coliseo y desde ahí Foros, Campidoglio. Y Metro. Es muy amplio cómodo y limpio, da gusto estar en un edificio de esas características. Los baños y la cocina están muy bien equipados y funcionando. Tener la lavadora es importante sobretodo para nosotros que venimos de un viaje largo. La comunicación con Fernando está muy bien!!!

Cons: Las ventanas al no ser herméticas dejan pasar el ruido de la calle. Es importante tener en cuenta los 83 escalones que en nuestro caso no afectó pero pueden ser cansadores.

Appartamento davanti al colosseo

Pros: Appartamento grande, accogliente e fornito di tutto, ma veramente tutto il necessario!!..Perfetto per famiglie numerose come nel nostro caso. Davanti al colosseo!! L'assenza di ascensore non è stato un problema.

Cons: Sarebbe apprezzata maggiore attenzione alle pulizie. Ma nulla di grave.

Pros: Het was buiten 42 graden dus de airco was heel fijn. Locatie was recht tegenover Colosseum, heel mooi om ook savonds te zien. Was ook regelmatig live muziek in de buurt. Supermarkt, restaurants en terrasjes gelijk om de hoek. Gezellig en weinig last van. In het appartement stond alles was je nodig hebt, wasmachine was ook fijn! Veel door de stad gereden op stepjes of de fiets, beetje lef hebben maar ideaal!! Op bijgaande foto zie je het oranje gebouw, dit is het appartement. Foto genomen naast Colosseum

Cons: Eigenlijk viel weinig tot nix tegen! Alleen met die warmte zoveel trappen lopen naar het appartement was minder, maar dat was vermeld in de advertentie dus dat wisten we.
