Pros: This is a very nice and big apartment with plenty of room. It is placed just 5min walk from some of the major attractions in Rome. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week in Rome. Unfortunately on the first morning we found ants in the kitchen . Possibly from the sugar b

Pros: The property was quiet, safe and in a great location

Cons: The hot and cold showers . No constant temperature in either bathroom despite restarting the boiler .

Pros: The location of the apartment couldn't be better. Just a stones throw from the Colloseum. It was MUCH bigger than we expected. And the outside space is so peaceful.

Cons: Nothing. It was superb.

Pros: The location is perfect, 5 min from the Colosseum, but still a quite place to relax after a long day, the place was well maintained with alot of space, the host is friendly, we definitely will be coming back.

Francesco stopped at nothing to make sure our stay was amazing.

Pros: Large enough for a family of 5 adults. The outside patio is private use for the apartment. 2 bathrooms and toilets were great. Very secure and safe neighborhood and a 200m walk through park to the Colosseum. 10min walk to termini.

Cons: The fridge broke on our first day. Francesco was very responsive and came to check straight away. He purchased a new fridge for delivery but due to the Black Friday sales couldn’t get it delivered in time for us to use during our stay. He bought a smaller bar fridge that he could personally deliver himself this was sufficient for our stay, he also bought us some goodies to apologise. He is a very gracious host.
