Pros: Quirky rooms with lots of added touches, comfy beds and beautiful toiletries. Location is great and breakfast spread was incredible. The staff were outstanding and very helpful

Brilliant hotel operated by dedicated and welcoming staff close to bus/tram/taxis = and safe!

Pros: The staff were just amazing - nothing was too much trouble for any of them - I even got a persoanl shopper to help me get some ice cream - Sofia, who was brilliant

Cons: The light in the bathroom was a little dim for me but this did not detract from a great stay

Pros: Easy to find, great location, lovely staff, had great charm and character. Loved cutting a piece of chocolate from the block at breakfast. Also liked being able order eggs of choice for breakkie.

Pros: From the moment we walked in, the receptionists treated us like old friends. Not in that rehearsed hospitality way—actually warm. The room itself? Gorgeous. That perfect blend of modern and cozy where you actually want to hang out, not just sleep. But honestly, it’s the people that made this place special. The breakfast team noticed my daughter loved omelette and made sure there was waiting for her the next morning. Little things. But they add up to something that feels rare these days.

The best weekend in Rome, book this hotel - you absolutely will not regret it!

Pros: The place is stunning - dark, moody, sexy! Warehouse vibes but super chic! The staff made our trip one that we won’t forget and completely spoilt us with birthday treats for my husband and knowledge of the city and recommendations! Sofia the guest manager is just a complete angel! Fabulous bar, fabulous breakfast. We will 1000% be back!

Pros: Had a great stay. Only thing I'd change is spotlights - aren't the easiest lighting for make up etc. But great hotel, had a lovely time :)
