Pros: The courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness, the location

Perfect experience.

Pros: Exceptional experience. Location - Perfect, as it’s 5 minutes away from trastevere with the best restaurants in the city and also close to most of the must see sights in Rome. We also had an amazing view of the river from our room. Comfort - Above all expectations. Blackout blinds and clean cotton cloth bedsheets, high quality pillows and an extra large bed, best sleep I had in my life. Everything is controllable with the room’s iPad, including the lights, blinds and temperature, which was quite intuitive to use. Large bathroom with bidet and lightning that had changeable colors Other memorable things - Free sparkling and still water from the fountain in the hotel, that you can carry to your room using glass jugs and glasses, which feels much more premium and tastes better than the standard plastic bottled water that are served in most hotels. The staff is super polite, friendly, they speak perfect english and give great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations.

Cons: They had absolutely every amenity except for bath robes and slippers.

Will always stay at CitizenM when in Rome

Pros: We love the CitizenM brand and the Rome hotel did not disappoint! Service is always welcoming the minute you enter, love the effectiveness and luxe functionality of the rooms, most comfortable beds and sheets, love the tech, location (the H bus from Roma Centrale literally stops outside) and in Rome, adored the window view out to the River Tiber. Very special!!

Cons: Loved it all

Pros: Excellent location, not super central but we easily walked to most major tourist attractions. We really loved being able to hop over the river to Trastevere for dinner every evening and go for a walk. Handy supermarket around the corner for anything you might need. Staff were really friendly. We arrived early but our room was ready so that was handy to freshen up before heading out to explore. The blackout blinds are amazing (almost TOO good). Saw some reviews about the rooms being really small but they were actually bigger than we were expecting them to be, and if you’ve only got hand luggage then there’s plenty of space for two people. Bed was huge and very comfy. Bathroom spacious too. Roof terrace was lovely (it was too rainy during our stay to use it) but we popped up to see it the morning we left (the only dry day 😂).

Pros: Very modern, technological, clean, silent and confortable hotel. Close to Trastevere, Pantheon and most relevant monuments. Bathroom very good and clean. Nothing to improve in my opinion. Davide from reception was very kind. Different experience.

Pros: I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is modern, stylish, and has an excellent location – truly very, very, very beautiful. However, I would especially like to highlight the staff. From check-in to breakfast, every interaction was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. One small gesture particularly touched me and, in my opinion, truly shows the quality of this place: on two evenings, after a long and exhausting day, I was invited for a cup of tea. This costs the hotel almost nothing, but it made a huge difference for me as a guest. This simple gesture showed me how sincerely hospitality is lived here. Because of this warmth alone, I would choose this hotel again for every future trip to Rome. A big compliment and please extend strong praise to the entire team – I am truly very, very impressed.

Cons: There was actually only one single point I was not satisfied with, and it’s something that could likely be solved quite easily — yet it would make an enormous difference. The pillow was honestly a complete disaster. It was long, poorly and thinly filled, and no matter how I folded it, I couldn’t find a comfortable sleeping position. I would truly recommend investing in great, soft, high-quality pillows for all rooms. It’s definitely advisable and would significantly improve the guest experience. I sleep in a very large number of hotels, and there are only a few where the pillow was this uncomfortable. So this is meant as a strong suggestion to invest in better pillows.

Pros: Lovely the modern vibe , the lovely roof terrace, and the excellent staff. Fantastic position in Rome near Jewish Gheto.

Cons: That room's don't have tea or coffee facilities and no cups in your room of any kind. Please consider providing caps....paper ones even. This is helpful for people who need to take medication for example
