Pros: the design was so beautiful and carefully arranged. Its so rare to have that kind of vibe in Rome. And its super easy to communicate with the stuff. def coming back！

Pros: Its not just a hotel it's an experience to stay here ... very enjoyable The rooms are so big and comfy , bathrooms too Elite food from the restaurant although not too many options 5 stars indeed

We really enjoyed the good service and the perfect hotel.

Pros: We really liked the design The staff was very helpful And gave us a very early check-in after the flight - big respect. In addition, there was a fan in the rooms and they brought us a mug quickly to the room We really enjoyed it

Cons: One night there was noise until late, probably from the restaurant.

Pros: Location was excellent, as were the staff. The restaurant and bar were lovely but on the expensive side. The hotel is very nicely designed.

Cons: I could hear people in an adjacent room. While the design is very well thought out and executed, it could have slightly more focus on comfort

Pros: Located in a small and quiet lane but easy to access everywhere, including those Rome must-dos and the shopping area. Rooms are well-designed, beautiful, stylish, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and always welling to help.

Cons: sometimes the restaurant in the breakfast time was way too busy and the waiters were hard to get the attention.

Pros: The property is very unique. Extremely comfortable beds, lovely rooms. Great location. Staff were excellent, great customer service.

Cons: One tiny problem was lack of bedside lighting. Had to have bright light on when in bed.

Pros: Incredibly beatiful hotel, curated design, yet extremely comfortable. Very good location, and nice and helpful staff. Fantastic value for money.

Cons: The one point which could be better is the breakfast, which is slightly pricey for its quality. A buffet, rather than the current a la carte option, would make the stay at the hotel totally perfect.

Overall a fantastic experience and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Fantastic location, very nicely designed hotel, staff were attentive.

Cons: The breakfast was very expensive and we did not buy this option and decided to eat out each day. We had to ask for water a few times in the room and then were charged for a large bottle, which is fine, but only one complimentary small bottle of water between two people is not enough. Same goes for the creamer for the coffee machine. Open toilet was a bit weird, and not exactly great for flushing and spread of bacteria. Some things were not placed in the best location in the room - such as the mini bar, and the light switches and the plug sockets (Which should have just been USB tbh).

Pros: Absolutely stunning! An old converted monastery in the heart of Rome! Highly aesthetic.
