Hotel Della Torre Argentina

Four night stay for rugby and sightseeing - experience enhanced by hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent - great varied choice. All staff from reception to breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient - 5 minutes from Pantheon and also walkable to most sites. Room was large.

Cons: On main road so could be a little noisy. Could do with more drawers in room. Although there are many bars and restaurants very near by - it would be nice if more was made of hotel bar.

Fabulous and would return

Pros: Super local to all attractions ! Wee bit noisy at night but expected as it’s on the Main Street , the staff were so lovely and surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for my partners birthday which was so nice! I’d highly recommend this place - I’d definitely stay here again

Pros: The location is the main highlight when we talk about Della Torre Argentina Hotel. It is very well located and convenient because everything is within walking distance. The room is extremely comfortable!

Cons: I didn’t like the way the manager treated an employee when we arrived for check-in. Something seemed to have gone wrong, and instead of addressing the situation privately and in a professional way, he reprimanded the employee in front of guests. I found this unnecessary and quite uncomfortable to witness. Managers should handle these situations more respectfully and provide feedback to staff in private. It gave the impression of a hostile and unpleasant work environment.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Everything! Location, staff, room and bfast were fantastic. Special mention to receptionist Davide who was always so friendly and polite.

Pros: The superior room is spacious and the bathroom is very nice. We were given complimentary wine. The room is neat.

Cons: The breakfast is good but it's the same everyday. Nothing is changed at least one or two dishes has to be rotated. They don't give bottled water in room. There should be at least a coffee machine in the common area.

Cons: The elevator is very small You can't turn on the ac in the winter (though open windows were enough)

Excellent comfy stay.

Pros: Best location, almost all sight seeing within walking distances except Vatican is far, take a taxi. Restaurants, few grocery store like carrefour express around. Breakfast is excellent and many items. Staff is so much courteous and smiling, Reception people are always helping, smiling. Lift is upto 4th all floor. We were on 5th floor, go up 5th floor on steps. this room is with bug outdoor balcony and with city view. I think we were upgraded and given this room. Thank you for that. people with heavy +more luggage, please note that you need to climb 1 floor with luggage. if available, reception person do help to carry the luggage. they did for us during check-in. However, that's the small issue but overall, highly recommended hotel.

Cons: as such Nothing to dislike. May be they should put up a bit bigger signage of Hotel name on the entrance door on main street so that first time checking tourist can find a bit easy to locate.
