Pleasant stay with very good central location to all Rome attractions.

Pros: Central location, pleasant staff and Maintenance guy. Anca (front desk recep) was very nice and super helpful.

Cons: Cleanliness of room. The Housekeeper kept my own towel and I have to call them to get it back. Coffee maker was spoilt during the first leg of our stay (26 Ot to 31 Oct 2025). The 2nd leg we were back, front desk told us our room was upgraded. And Yes, we WERE upgraded one floor up, but room was much smaller than the first one we have during the 1st leg of our stay. If this is the case, don't even mention we were upgraded. If upgrade I would expect room to be BIGGER and not one floor up.

We had a lovely experience at this hotel . Would definitely come back .

Pros: Location was perfect. Very convenient to lots of the main tourist sights . Five minutes from the Piazza Navona . Lots of restaurants close by . The Divinity rooftop terrace lounge had lovely views and the food was lovely. The rooms were modern and very comfortable.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Prior to arrival I spoke with the staff, as the visit was to be a 25th Anniversary. I was surprised by the gift that was provided and both, my wife and I appreciated it. And I cannot describe in words, the food. You just have to go and experience what’s available. The staff in the Divinty Lounge, were very friendly, and the service during breakfast and dinner was very professional friendly and attentive.We had a good view from the balcony.

Great hotel in a perfect location.

Pros: Great location, excellent facilities especially the rooftop bar. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.

very beautiful but a bit overpriced (sorry)

Pros: Supeerb Location and i love the rooftop terrace. the room was very beautiful and we also got a little cake as a welcome gift for halloween. the bathroom was very nice. and the bed was amazing. i liked the style of the entire room.

Cons: as beautiful as the room is, it is a bit difficult to switch on the lights. there are buttons everywhere but nobody knows what for. you have to give it a try. the shower gel dispenser didnt work and the hot water option on the coffee machine was broken. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful in fixing that. it was a bit noisy from the hallway :/

Great hotel to stay in Rome but be prepared for some hefty bills

Pros: Breakfast was fine and the Terrace Bar where the staff were very friendly.

Cons: We at at the Terrace restaurant and frankly the price of the food and wine couldn't be justified when compared to other restaurants we used during our stay in Rome
