Pros: The staff were exceptional: friendly, engaging, and made me feel comfortable. The personal touch was great. Breakfast was great too, buffet style options, and they had a coffee machine so made me cappucinos in the morning. Double room was comfortable, good facilities, and even though the area was vibrant, the room was quiet.

Cons: The only stipulation is that the bed was creaky, we got used to it, but took it down from a 10/10 to 9/10.

Elegant boutique hotel, outstanding staff, central location.

Pros: Every single member of staff we met was outstanding in respect of every request made, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms good size and very comfortable. The hotel was very centrally located just a few mins walk from Pantheon, Trevi, Piazza Fiori, restaurants and shops.

Cons: Found the temperature in rooms slightly chilly at times and couldn’t get it any warmer with the individual room control, and although slightly off the main road, traffic noise (and people-noise in the early hours when a neighbouring nightclub was open) was still very audible through windows and shutters during the night.

Pros: The location the room the breckfast but most off all was the staff from the cleaners to the management the were all 10 out of 10

Pros: Great location, within walking distance of major attractions. Very friendly staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Good breakfast. We had to leave early in the morning and the staff offered to prepare breakfast on a plate and bring it to us before our departure. It was a very nice stay.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — everything was done to make sure we lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the lady at the reception and the person who took care of us during breakfast: they were absolutely lovely, very attentive, and genuinely caring about our needs and well-being. Our suite was spacious and spotless, with very comfortable, high-quality bedding. We had everything we could possibly need: bathrobes, slippers, plenty of towels, a coffee machine, a well-stocked minibar, and even some nice little snacks. The decor is elegant and tasteful, with great attention to detail. The hotel is also perfectly located, just steps away from the Panthéon, which made exploring the area extremely convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
