Simply perfect. A place to stay and enjoy Rome as a VIP!!

Pros: Location is simply perfect, nearby the Vatican City, just 3 min walking. The staff is amazing, taking care about you as a VIP customer. It’s difficult to get more professionalism and kindness from staff. The attention is outstanding, helping you much more than it’s expected. Thanks a lot Lesley and Stefano. We’ll see you again for sure in future.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect during our stay.

Excellent .

Pros: Wasn’t able to go and experience Rome but my mother in law did so this is what she has to say. Close to Vatican , very clean and very quiet inside the building . Morning coffee with a bite to eat was lovely to start of the morning . The host was absolute amazing, very welcoming and friendly and professional . Room was huge and clean. As a person who will return back , will book this property again without considering other options . Thank you for everything from Sharon. :)

Pros: The location is fantastic- just off the Linea A Ottaviano Metro station and its an easy walk to other attractions across the river. Stefan made sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great value and amazing location a few minutes walk from the Vatican.

Pros: Stefano is a superb host helping with ideas and suggestions. He has been great helping us with getting taxis and making us an amazing capuccino at breakfast!

Cons: The room was spacious for the three of us. Incredible clean but a bit dark as windows were covered with shutters.

Pros: Great location…less than 10 minutes walk to St Peter’s Square and Vatican City. Local metro was a few minutes walk away. Plenty of good restaurants (all reasonably priced) within walking distance. Apartment was excellent…very comfortable stay. A cold buffet breakfast was served each morning…the fresh croissants were delicious! The host, Stefano (and his lovely mum!) were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you!

Pros: Stefano made us feel very welcome, gave us a coffee upon arrival & helped with directions to our meeting point for a tour & availability of restaurants. Safe, secure apartment, no noise, very clean & excellent location, easy walk to the Vatican City. Fresh varied breakfast. Stefano gave good advice on our journey to the airport for the next morning, timings allowing for traffic & he arranged a private taxi (€10 extra on top of €55, but well worth it), which worked well. A lovely, short stay & would recommend & stay there again.
