Pros: Very nice cozy room near to metro station and easy access to restaurant and shops. The hostess was incredible polite and helpful in all aspects of service and very professional with quick response to any of my requests

Pros: The best thing about the accommodation was the location – just about a 2-minute walk from the nearest metro station. The place was fairly new and clean. It was also nice that they came to make the bed and change the towels. However, I think it would be helpful if the room had a door sign in case you don’t want housekeeping to come in. Another plus was the breakfast included in the price of the apartment – it was pretty good.

Cons: What I didn’t like was the uncomfortable bed and the Wi-Fi, which either didn’t work or only worked by the door and in the bathroom. So I had to use mobile data during my whole stay.

Good room in great location. Short walk for breakfast.

Pros: Good value for this room with breakfast in this area. The room was clean and in good decorative order on arrival. The area is quiet so no noise disturbance. The air-conditioning was great as Rome was hotter than expected. Having a mini fridge was great for keeping cool, locally purchased milk and a few cold drinks. Breakfast at the cafe was fine. It is a five minute walk from the room to cafe for those with good mobility. The staff at the cafe were good. It is in a lovely area with lots of restaurants and small shops close by. I felt safe walking around at night alone. Close to the Vatican museum.

Cons: Note for those with limited mobility. Lift to upper floors does not start from the ground floor. Our room on first floor required climbing one set of stairs. Luckily my mother was able to manage this very slowly due to the hand rail. The room attendant put fresh towels in every day but did not clean the room during our 7 day stay. It would have been nice to have two glasses and some teaspoons for the drink making facility.

Pros: Best location. Walking distance to Vatican and the Metro subway for easy commute to major tourist attractions.

Pros: The room was very clean and had a good location. The air-conditioning system was working fine, and kept us cool throughout our stay. Housekeeping came to change our towels daily.

Cons: There was a sewer on the street that faced one of the windows. I'm not sure if it was opened but the smell from the sewer overshadowed the room but by evening the horrible smell disappeared.

We were apprehensive but no need. Appartments recently refurbished, clean with good shower and toilet facilities. Superb

Pros: location was fantastic for Metro, vatican, great restaurants. Easy to gain access but secure and availability of staff from 10am to 7pm which was good as apartments rather than hotel.

Cons: Safe didn’t work, no USB plugs.

Pros: I loved everything. The bed was comfy and the pillows are heavenly. The location is amazing! I would definitely book again when I am back in Rome.

Cons: Just a suggestion that it would be great if there are slippers available and also maybe a dental kit (toothpaste and toothbrush).

Pros: Very good customer service, nice and easy communication with staff. Clean and cozy room in great location (close to metro station and Vatican, multiple restaurants and shops in the area). I highly recommend to stay here!

Cons: Wi-Fi connection in room was very weak and often not providing internet.

Pros: Clean, location is amazing, staff were quality. The air con was a godsend. If it wernt for water pressure lacking it would be 10/10.

Cons: Water pressure was beyond weak. Needs addressing.
