Spacious family apartment in a quiet area with easy access to supermarket and bus stops
Pros: Very spacious and well furnished apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, so we didn't have any issues with noise. It's only a 5min walk to a local supermarket and around 8 minutes walk to a bus stop. We took a bus every day to Rome city centre to see things like the Coliseum and the Pantheon. It's also very close to the Vatican city!

Spacious, quiet and perfectly located for family to trip to Rome
Pros: Superb apartment in a lovely, quiet, residential area. Well equipped with everything you would need from toiletries, to kitchen items. Couldn't fault it. Spacious. Within easy reach of buses, trains, shops and restaurants. My wife also forgot her glasses and the owner shipped them back to us via FedEx. We are so grateful. Travelling with kids and grandparents can be stressful but this place was perfect for us!
Cons: Nothing.

Big and nice apartment!
Pros: Apartment was really very big, with 2 separate bathrooms, quiet and nice neighbours. So cozy and elegant. Inside was everything what you need! Also very kind owner! Thank you for your hospitality!
Cons: Was too much mosquito, there was something to burn but it was smelling too bad! And road to apartment is up/down so much, so if you not arrive with taxi it will be difficult with luggage to walk.

Beautiful apartment! Ideal for people traveling by car.
Pros: 1. The apartment is beautiful. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 2. Very quiet place so you can relax after a busy day in Rome. 3. Very close to Vatican. 4. There was water bottle and wine in the apartment.
Cons: Location :( 1. You have to walk up the hill from bus stop to reach the apartment. Not convenient when you have luggage with you or after a hectic day exploring rome. 2. Check-in is not very easy. Host messaged all details for check-in but we were not able to follow it and lost some time and energy understanding those instructions. If you do not have proper internet connection it would be difficult to get in. 3. Google maps showed bus 34 near apartment but this bus does not run it seems. Nearest bus stop is around 750 meters. 4. There is no air conditioner in second bedroom. It is only in one of the bedrooms and living room.

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment that was easy walking distance to the Vatican and into Rome. Nice little outdoor terrace to sit on. It was very well equipped and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Easy enough to get into using your phone as the key. Lovely quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby.

Spacious and well-equipped appartment
Pros: Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped appartment. The owner was available if we had question/problems. Appartment has jacuzzi which was very useful after a whole day of walking.
Cons: The owner send us the instructions on how to unlock the gate and the appartmant door to enter for the first time. Once inside, you also have the keys which make it easier if you are a big group of people who is not always together. However, it took us a while to get what doors could be opened by the keys and what by the links we received and that was quite confusing. Also, the instructions should mention that there are two enterances (for car and for pedestrians), especially that google map locates the address at the car enterance while the pedestrian gate is around the corner. However, this was only a small issue. We really enjoyed our stay. I am only mentioning this as it might be helpful for other guests. The location is good (near Vatican), but to get to the city center, you would probably often use public transport, especially if you plan to walk around Rome for the whole day.
