Pros: The size of the apartment is great. Three good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning, which we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. We really appreciated the coffee pods. Both bathrooms were fine, plenty of hot water for showers. The smart tv was useful. We loved this flat and would recommend it.

Cons: There were a couple of maintenance issues: the handle to bedroom 1 came off, and I was unable to open the door. We found scissors and managed to open the door. The system didn't seem to produce enough hot water to fill the bath.

Genial Experiencia

Pros: El apartamento es bastante grande muy apto para familias numerosas, pocos alojamientos de la ciudad ofrecen estos servicios. Por otro lado, valoraría la calidad-precio y la excelente ubicación. Fuimos en una ola de calor y se agradecia tener climátizacion en toda la casa.

Cons: Nada en especial. Podría destacar que el check out es a las 10am, más temprano de lo normal, no obstante preguntaron y muy amablente nos dejaron quedarnos hasta las 12.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Perluiji (Philippian guy) met us at the apartment, showed everything in the apartment. Apartment is nice and clean with all the amenities you need. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable. The location is 5 min walk from Termini station and Republic metro. Definitely recommended to stay.

Cons: It will be very pleasant from the owner to give one hour more for checkout. Cleaning lady was waiting outside strictly at 10-00.

Приведите в порядок главный душ , а так у вас все хорошо

Pros: Приветливый Пьерлуиджи организовал для нас трансфер , большое ему спасибо.Квартира хорошая, месторасположение удобное.

Cons: Очень не удобный матрас в средней комнате, сильная слышимость улицы, но это не большая для нас проблема была. А вот один из душей выглядел не очень приятно, ходили все в один , было немного не удобно)
