Pros: The room was descent, also the owner who gave us a lot of information about Rome and what we have to do.

Cons: The fact that 3 rooms are together with a common hall is a problem, because it don't have good soundproofing.

Pros: The location is excellent, you have well-known cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s perfect if you want to visit the Vatican. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. The accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures, and there are also common areas where you can have coffee, tea, or whatever you like.

Pros: Great stay near the Vatican! Fede was an incredibly accommodating host who helped me with a last-minute booking and a late check-in. The place was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the room had both AC and heating. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay—highly recommend!

Pros: The scent in the common rooms was amazing and very pleasant. The available free of charge coffee and tee was absolutly amazing amd tasty we had them even on a empty stomach right after waking up amd it was just pleasant for the soul. The balcony with the typical italien courtyard view was iconic and nice. It wasn't noisy at all from the streets even though you are 100m from the Vatican. Federico was an amzing guy that showed us around and explained everything, was kind, polite and very thoughtfull. Bathroom was clean, modern and with everything needed. Bed was comfy. Amenities also great and sufficient. Would come back again. Made a very good impression

Pros: Close to vatican, metro train and walking distance to major tourist sites. Easy check in - greeted at the door and easy to navigate.

Cons: Shower not the best but enough pressure to get by!

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B. The location was perfect—so close to everything I needed, which made exploring the area so easy and convenient. It truly felt like the ideal home base for my trip.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the B&B. Everything was just right and made my stay very comfortable.

Pros: Everything, to be honest. The location was great, on the same street you had a couple of stores you could visit, a supermarket 5 meters away from the building, only 10 minutes away from Vatican City and only 1 hour away from the Colosseum if you decided to go by foot. The room was very nice, you had everything you needed in the common area. The AC unit was modern and could keep up with the high temperatures outside. Overall, it was a great place to stay at, and I would definitely book again if I had the chance!

Cons: Nothing, everything was great except the elevator inside the building, which was quite small.

Cons: Our apartment was supper small, the shower door should be fixed and I also suggest to check the drain of the shower
