I recommend this place anyone who wants to stay in a clean apartment close to the Colosseum. :)

Pros: The apartment is nice and new with comfortable beds and all the equipment you need. Although it's not huge it was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our host welcomed us with a handwritten note and some homemade pastry, very nice touch. There is washing machine in the apartment which was a plus for us.

Cons: The only small thing which I would add is some hooks on the wall (In the bathroom and at the entrance), but other than this all was perfect.

Pros: Appartement magnifique à 12 minutes à pied du colisée! L’intérieur de l’appartement est neuf, rénové avec goût. L’appartement est entièrement équipé et l’hôte est très charmante, attentionnée, répond rapidement! Vraiment un gros WoW pour cet endroit. Louez sans hésiter

One of the best stays we've had

Pros: Location was great - close to metro, taxi stand (~5 min), and < 15m leisure walk from collisuem. Host was super responsive and helpful, and very clear instructions (made it easy to get into the unit). Even added a little extra touch of care with a pencilcase with eraser and pencils of Rome for our kiddos, and a list of restaurants to try (which we used :)). Place was clean and modern and very beautiful. Plenty of towels and good, fast hairdryer. Iron and ironing board, and a clean washing machine. One of the best stays away from home we've ever had.

Pros: La struttura è nuova, appena ristrutturata in grande stile e ricca di dotazioni e confort. Ambiente molto silenzioso. Grandi televisori, letti comodissimi, cucina super attrezzata e spazi ampi e adeguati per più persone. Bagno strepitoso, pubblico foto. La posizione è strategica, a due passi dalla SCALA SANTA, dall’ARCIBASILICA DI SAN GIOVANNI e COLOSSEO. Nei dintorni tantissimi ristoranti e Osterie tipiche italiane (pizzerie, ristoranti e osterie). Segnalo una osteria proprio sotto il palazzo della residenza in una traversa ad angolo Via A. Alerdi n. 8. Inoltre sulla Via c’è anche un bar e un pub comodi per la colazione.

Cons: Nulla tutto perfetto.
