Pros: The owner, the manager and cleaner were all really friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived early and the allowed us to enter the apartment early so that our luggage was secure and we disnt have to lugg it around. There's a good supermarket less than 1 min walk away which offers a great selection of fresh fruit,veg,bread. The appartment had a big fridge and freezer. Cooking equiptment is a bit sparse but we only used it for breakfast and lunches so was adequate. The kettle was a bonus !! We were a family of 5, with 3 young adults. So having a second toilet facility was awesome! The appartment was spacious and everyone felt like they had their own space. Also really handy that there were 2 sets of keys ! It was in a good peaceful area. Block and appartment were clean and updated. The main attractions are a good 30 minutes walk but transport is only 5 minute walk. Definitely recommend !

Cons: Would have been nice to have had some coffee capsulea for the first morning.

Nice appartment

Pros: Very close to the center, 15min walk from the Colosseum, you have a supermarket at the end of the street and some restaurants all around you. All in all you have everything in a short distance. The appartment is clean and good for a family of 5.

Cons: For the free parking you need a little bit of luck when one of the appartment residents leave. Not to worry, on the street you can park for 8hours for (I think) 8€, and from 7pm tot 8am parking is free btw.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay, everything was clean and Francesca was very communicative and open to help with anything she can. The apartment is situated at about 20-25 mins from the Colosseum, depending how fast or slow you walk, the other attractions a obviously a bit further, but there is a metro station close that can help you get wherever you need to go when it comes to visiting.

Pros: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Helpful staff and owner who went out of their way to help

Cons: AC / Fans weren't in the apartment and Rome is pretty hot in the summer. Talked to the owner and he arranged portable ACs for both the rooms.

Pros: A szállásadó kedves és készséges volt.WhatsAppon minden kérdésünkre válaszolt.Nagy élelelmiszer áruház 50 méterre a szállástól,és a metró is itt található.Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!
