Sweet Cottage and nice owner

Pros: The environment was very quiet behind the main house. The kitchen had a lot of equipment so it was easy to cook by ourselves. Also it was extremely clean and the owner was very obliging and asked regularly about our stay. By the end of the road there is a bigger street with restaurants and good shopping facilities. The metro station was only ten minutes away so there was good accessibility to Roma Termini and the center.

Cons: The shower only had a rain-mode which made normal showering without washing one's hair a little difficult.

Pros: The cottage was exceptional, beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with modern appliances. There was a small garden patio perfect for drinking your favorite drink after a long day sightseeing. The location was perfect; it was in a peaceful neighborhood, just minutes away from metro stations, great food, and grocery stores. We would definitely prefer to stay there again in the future.

Pros: A hospedagem foi muito agradavel e aconchegante, o espaço é otimo e o anfitriao nos recebeu com muita simpatia!!

Pros: I stayed here three nights as a solo traveler. I highly recommend this cottage. Host very accommodating -when possible- to early arrival and certain requests (i.e. pedestal fan). Host also gave great local food recommendations. Comfortable bed and bed sheets. Personal touches like bottle water, beer, and snacks. Stocked kitchen. Washing machine. Cute outdoor patio area. I adore the San Giovanni area. This was my 2nd time in area. I love how close Castoro grocery store is, how close the Metro stations (A and C line) are, plenty of restaurants in the area.

Cons: Although the shower works just beautifully, it is a rainshower head in a small shower space, so it's difficult to maneuver so your hair doesn't get wet.

Ottimo soggiorno in una casa accogliente con un ospite gentile e tanti consigli utili per visitare Roma.

Pros: Tutto è stato perfetto, dall’accoglienza fino alla partenza. Giovanni è una persona molto cordiale e sempre disponibile per dare ottimi consigli e rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, sia nella sua casa che a Roma in generale. Che si trattasse di ristoranti, di shopping o di spostamenti, ci ha sempre saputo orientare al meglio. L’alloggio è molto pulito, ben attrezzato e situato in un quartiere tranquillo, lontano dai rumori della grande città. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato diverse bottiglie d’acqua e snack di benvenuto. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione.

Home Sweet Home

Pros: Casa cómoda en un barrio tranquilo y bien ubicada en Roma. Perfectamente equipada Mi anfitrión (Giovanni) me esperaba al llegar y me informó de lugares claves en la zona de la vivienda con servicios esenciales (transporte, hostelería, supermercados...) Pese a una incidencia concreta por una avería (siempre pueden ocurrir), la actitud de Giovanni fue la correcta, de manera rápida y eficaz solventó el problema.

Cons: Quizá poner en la ducha un aplique para dejar el gel. Por lo demás todo estupendo.

Pros: Giovanni è una persona speciale e il cottage non è da meno, consigliatissimo
