Louise at Colosseum

Lovely place to relax after exploring and get together.

Pros: Was in a good position close to the Colosseum and several public transport options right outside the property. Property itself had all the necessary amenities to make it a great stay and air-conditioning to keep the rooms cool.

Cons: There were no great views from the windows.

Amazing location, perfect spot!

Pros: Location was amazing! Sofia welcomed us and got us all settled! Clean and everything we needed for a great stay!

Cons: Beds and pillows were not comfortable

Pros: The apartment was great for the value and clean. It was amazing that we had two bathrooms. The location was really good for accessing the main touristical places and there are really good restaurants around where mainly locals go.

Pros: Sofia sent me a detailed video for access, it was very helpful. She was good at responding.

Cons: When you press the button for access through the on street main door it buzzes the intercoms for both the apartment we stayed in and also the apartment next door, I assume Sofia also owns also the other apartment. It disturbs the peace at any time of the day or night, when you are asleep and the other guests are coming in and out of the main on street door of the building. The chandeliers in the bedrooms and above the eating table need a really good dusting/washing as well as the wooden wall decorations in bedrooms. There are no fly/mosquito screens on any of the windows and so when leaving any window open for Fresh air you arrive back to many flies and mosquitoes. The door to the apartment cannot be locked from the inside at night, the keyhole has sellotape and the knob also doesn't turn to lock so basically you have to sleep with the apartment unlocked; There is another door to access before you enter either of the two apartments but this door needs to be double locked everytime you come in and out which the neighbors do not always do which isn't good. Curtain rails in bedrooms are unstable.

Soggiorno perfetto!

Pros: Soggiorno perfetto in un appartamento accogliente e ben curato nel cuore di Roma. La posizione in Viale Manzoni è davvero strategica: vicinissima alla metro e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. L’alloggio è pulito, luminoso e dotato di ogni comfort, ideale sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità e la gentilezza dell’host, sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza. Un’ottima scelta per vivere Roma in tutta comodità!

Super lokalizacja za rozsądne pieniądze.

Pros: Bliskość stacji metra, przystanku tramwajowego oraz dworca kolejowego a także odległość od Koloseum (15 minut pieszo). Blisko mieszkania sklepy, kawiarnie, restauracje. Super pomysłem jest Welcomebook z wieloma przydatnymi informacjami :)

Cons: Czystość, niestety nie było najczyściej w momencie przyjazdu.

Pros: Czyste pokoje, świeża pościel i super lokalizacja blisko Coloseum i metra.

Cons: Mieszkanie wymaga drobnych poprawek i odświeżenia...ale jest przyjemnie...
