BLAM Alice's House

Pros: Loved the location of this property. We were able to visit many places with ease thanks to the strategic location near Termini. My family loved every moment in the house and they enjoyed it very much which was very important. They loved the view, they loved that it was near to an important and historic landmark. We were very impressed with the way the staff handled the duration of our stay. Kudos to them. Would definitely recommend it especially for large groups.

Great location and flat fits so many people if you travel in a large group!

Pros: Great location! Also wonderful to have one flat with many rooms for a big group travelling together. We had some initial issues with with the hot water, and the team were very communicative and sent several staff to fix the issues as they happened. They are contactable on WhatsApp so you can always contact someone and hear back very quickly!

the perfect location to visit Rome

Pros: the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are excellent, plenty of towels available, soap shampoo etc, lovely view on the square and the church, the place is very bright, the location is perfect, it's easy to move around from the location, lot's of nice bars and restaurants around the corner, check-in went very smoothly, access with codes makes it easy travelling with a large group of people, it's a very good deal!

Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is fantastic, near a lot of famous place of Rome. There are a lot of coffee shop in the near. The apartment is amazing, big, near the Santa Maria Maggiora Basilica and Termini.

Pros: The apartment is close to the center, and it has a stunning view. It is an apartment with 5 large bedrooms and a kitchenette, it is clean and cozy, perfect for a group of friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fenomenal

Pros: Todo. Ubicación fenomenal, trato del anfitrión muy amable, el apartamento tiene una excelente distribución de las recámaras y baños. Sin queja alguna.

Cons: El elevador es chico. Sin embargo ni eso me desagrado, fue una experiencia nueva y gratificante.

Pros: Our stay at BLAM Alice’s House was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and offers a truly breathtaking view of Santa Maria Maggiore. We felt like we were living in a fairytale.

Cons: Mancanza di storage room in struttura per la custodia delle valigie una volta effettuato il check out. Ci hanno comunque dato la.possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente in una struttura convenzionata a 20 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento

Pros: O apartamento é bem grande e possui 5 quartos. A cozinha é bem equipada. Nós estávamos em 10 pessoas e o apartamento ainda comportaria mais gente pois algumas camas ficaram sobrando

Cons: O wi-fi não funciona em todos os quartos

Appartamento davvero magnifico

Pros: La posizione era perfetta per gli spostamenti sia a piedi che in metro, per non parlare della vista sulla piazza che che era favolosa. Inoltre l’appartamento era molto pulito ed il ragazzo delle pulizie è stato gentilissimo.

Cons: Alcuni asciugacapelli non funzionavano
