Best place to stay in Rome
Pros: Best location, walking distance to everything, immaculately clean, the beds and shower are amazing, windows sound proof, price is good, pictures on the site as described. Room has everything you need including minifridge, shops and caffes are all around. Great connection to Airport and other destinations from Termini 5 min away. Host is wonderful. Definetely would stay again and highly recommend them!

Pros: Great location. Everything was exactly as described. Good breakfast. Big room!
Cons: The walls were on the thin side but they had a no noise after 10 policy. We found it comfortable.

Everything was great except the breakfast!(dontvtske breakfast)
Pros: Everything was great, perfect location very clean room. Nice air conditioning. Free water bottles also.
Cons: The breakfast organised next to the property at the bar with coupon codes was extremely extremely poor. Not recommended. (Plus the Bar staff was not super friendly)

Woul recommend this booking, however without breakfast.
Pros: It is centrally located within easy reach to the main train station and all main attractions. Impeccably clean and situated in a very respectful residential environment.
Cons: Breakfast is served at a cafeteria on the other side of the road. Unfortunately the employees’ attitude towards us left much to be desired. We were treated as if we were second class patrons and beggers.

Pros: Room was beautiful but the sound proofing was poor! But we were not in the rooms much as was exploring the city! Awesome location and very comfortable

Clean, comfortable & expensive.
Pros: Good location, within walking distance from Termini Station. Room was clean and comfortable. Paul was easy to contact and responded to messages promptly.
Cons: Our visit to Rome clashed with a sporting event so accommodation was very expensive. Nothing available represented value for money.

Excellent accommodation in perfect location
Pros: Would definitely recommend this accommodation for exploring Rome. Excellent, clear and timely communication from staff, clean and comfortable room with plenty of amenities, daily housekeeping, mini fridge (not stocked), fantastic location and close walk to Metro for exploring the city, plenty of local bars and restaurants, and the huge rainfall shower was a welcome addition.
Cons: The walls are very thin so there is noise from the other rooms, even footsteps and conversations could be heard, not enough to keep us awake but may not be suitable for light sleepers. The room was well equipped however the hairdryer was small and lacked power - not ideal for someone with long hair! The room has a spacious wardrobe however lacked space or drawers to unpack smaller items. Breakfast consists of vouchers to exchange at a cafe opposite for one hot drink, a crossiant and sandwich, anything outside of these choices is payable - personally I would have preferred more choice but it was adequate.
