Perfect!

Pros: These apartments exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable — right in the center of Rome and just a short walk from the Colosseum, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless, well thought out, and designed to make you feel at home after long days of exploring the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Love the property had all you needed, central location beautiful area.

Pros: The location was brilliant very central, great for getting the bus would stay again

Cons: The pull out bed was a bit short as I am 6 ft and my sis is also nearly as tall. So was a bit short for us

Recommended central apartment full of character

Pros: Quirkiness of apartment, air conditioning on lower floor, central location

Cons: As with older buildings, there were a few minor superficial points within apartment that were tired or in need of replacing. Kitchenware limited but didn't affect us as we ate out.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: Lovely, quirky accomodation, stayed here for 4 nights with our teenage daughters, plenty of space for us all to get ready in (even with 3 girls wanting mirrors for makeup!) and lots of room to lounge. Location is great around 10-15 mins walk from the Colloseum and 30 mins from Vatican. Loads of restaurants near by. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: The sofa bed on the lower level isn't the most comfortable, but fine for a couple of nights.

Perfect localisation!

Pros: beautiful apartment in old Italian style in an old tenement house. perfect location in the old town right next to Piazza di Venezia. most attractions were about 600-900 meters away. thanks to that we could go for night walks in Rome avoiding the crowds. the service was very nice and helpful. right next to the apartment there is an intimate, romantic restaurant Trattoria Angelino, we recommend it!

Cons: There was a window in the apartment but it faced the yard and was actually covered, it didn't bother us, it's also good on hot days but for those who value views it may be a problem.

Great location. Loqman, the property manager was amazing.

Pros: The location is just perfect to explore all the major attractions. Loqman, the manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The experience was amazing. Would love to come and stay here again.
