Amazing Piazza Venezia Suites

Pros: I had an incredible experience at Amazing Plaza, located right in the heart of Rome! 🏙️ The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the staff were super dedicated and supportive, available 24/7. 👏 I stayed here with my wife and two kids, and we loved the balcony apartment with a stunning view. The daily cleaning service was a big plus, something you don't often find in other apartments. 😊 Overall, Amazing Plaza has everything you need for a perfect stay. Big shout-out to Sofia, who was super supportive and helpful! 💕 10/10 would recommend!

Both the apartment and staff were amazing, cleaned to perfection and great location.

Pros: This was our second stay here, in the same apartment, which overlooked the street from the balcony. We chose it not only for the prime location, but for the cleanliness of the apartment, which had great facilities and amazing staff. We had the most relaxing stay and would not hesitate to book the same again, if we are lucky enough to return to Rome.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

Perfect comfort, and perfect location

Pros: How helpful everyone was, nothing was to much trouble and the personal key handover in our room and given some nice helpful tips was first class. Really nice personal touch.

Cons: Nothing, not a thing I can complain about.

Pros: The location of the apartments was fantastic, so well situated to be able to get around and see all the sights and lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: The only thing I would say is that one bedroom and bed was quite a lot bigger than the other meaning that with 4 friends travelling together two of us had a lot more space.

Fantasic stay from start to finish. We would go back!

Pros: I cannot fault the property and the team at Amazing Suites. They were responsive as soon as we booked and could help with anything. They organised our taxi to and from the property. They looked after our bags after checking out. Someone was on reception 24/7. The property is in a fantastic location to see Rome and get in and out of the city. There are loads of fantastic places to eat nearby and a gelato shop next door, open day and night. The bed was comfortable and the balcony a bonus. The whole apartment was perfect for our needs.

Cons: The apartment was a little chilly but that could be that we were not working the air con properly. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Perfect stay in central location

Pros: We had an amazing staystay here. With a central location we were able to walk everywhere, even with kids. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so lovely and always helpful

Cons: Broken leg on the couch but staff attended to it straight away. Check-in instructions could have been clearer - transfer was organised for us to drop us at the property but needed to go around the corner to a hotel as we were there before 8AM.

A great place to stay while exploring the best of Rome

Pros: The location of the accommodation couldn’t be better — it’s perfect for exploring the city by on foot.

Cons: The property is located near a police station and on a very busy street, which results in noticeable outside noise. Additionally, the construction of the metro station currently obstructs the expected view of the Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II from the balcony.

Pros: The location was perfect. So close to everything that you could walk most places.

Perfect location for sight seeing

Pros: Clean, very comfortable beds. Clean towels everyday. Lady gave us a map and talked us through where the sights were, that we wanted to see. Very helpful

Cons: Found previous residents clothes in the apartment which made me think it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, or they'd have been found. Said they could store our luggage for a few hours after checking out, and that it would be safe & secure. When we returned, it was unattended, and we managed to collect it without being questioned by anyone.
