Perfect!

Pros: It was the perfect accomodation!!!! Bed very comfy, the room is big, there is also a large balcony.

Pros: I had a truly wonderful experience staying here. The owner had an incredibly kind and human approach, he genuinely cared and was always trying to help with anything I needed. What I valued the most was that on my last day, he allowed me to keep the room until the evening because I had a late flight. Since there were no new guests arriving that day, he kindly offered this without hesitation. It made my departure so much more comfortable and stress-free. I can honestly say that this level of hospitality is rare, and it made my stay even more special. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking not only for a nice place to stay, but also for a warm and thoughtful host.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation in Rome. The place was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Pardo, is an extremely kind and welcoming person — he explained what we could visit and how to use public transportation, which was very helpful. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Great stay close to the Vatican in a comfortable room with an attentive host!

Pros: This was a great location to attend the Papal Audience and do the Vatican tour. It was about a 15 minute walk. The bed was super comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony. It was very close to a grocery store and lots of great bars and restaurants. Pardo had a wealth of information about areas of Rome to visit and how to get there. The shared kitchen had a fridge with water and the coffee was delicious.

Great accommodation and host

Pros: Great property in a great location with a great host.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very hospitable host, excellent room and facilities. Tasty tea and coffee. Exceptional positioning in the beautiful city of Rome. Near the house there is everything you could possibly need: supermarket, tobacco shop (with bus tickets), pasterias. The bus station which is very near the place has bus routes to all places to see.

Cons: House walls are pretty thin and the audibility is better than it should be. Memory foam mattress is not for anyone

Pros: Very clean, confort, quite. Love the small kitchen for night tea. Close to transportation and restaurants and supermarket. Pardo was un amazing host, very concern and allways available for us. Thank you. We will return.

Pros: Location was great, the area was lovely and quiet. About a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, 3 minute walk to the nearest bus route to get into the heart of Rome. The apartment itself was located in a residential apartment building. There was everything you would expect to find and more in this apartment. It was spotless, the communal kitchen had tea and coffee machines (real beans 🫘), microwave, dishwasher, fridge (always stocked with bottled water). That leads me to Pardo, the apartment owner/manager. He was so so helpful in so many ways, from organising taxis to always being available to assist with any queries. Prior to arriving in Rome, he was also helpful, contacting me with information on transport links into the city from the airport and also giving recommendations on things to do and see whilst in Rome.

Staying in Pardo’s property made our short trip to Rome the icing on the cake. We really enjoyed it. Ci vediamo l’anno p

Pros: Everything! The spacious apartment looks exactly as shown on the photos, has comfy beds, a beautiful bathroom and is very clean. Furthermore there is a kitchen with a coffee machine that makes excellent coffee, there are water bottles, and there is a fridge. The location is also very nice, located in a quiet area with enough shops and restaurants in the surroundings. In addition there is a bus station at 5 min walking distance that goes to the centre and Roma Termini train station. Pardo is an excellent host who does the extra mile ! He really wants his guests to be comfortable. Thank you, Pardo!
