Matriosca Suites

Amazing stay at Matriosca and I would recommend.

Pros: A very pleasant stay at Matriosca Suites. Amazing location, just a short walk from San Pietro station and also the Vatican. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when I had queries. Sadly I didn’t try the spa bath in the room but it looked very impressive!

Cons: Not that I didn’t like it but I did find it a struggle carrying my suitcase down the stairs (older building so no lift/elevator). However, a friendly gentleman did help carry my case up the stairs on arrival, so it was great he just happened to be in the building.

Pros: The balcony for the evening hangout was amazing and the breakfast was delicious!

Pros: It was fantastic place near Vatican City! In Matriosca Suites there was everything what I need, it was so comfortable, cosy, I sure I will back there when I will in Rome next time! Service was excelent, I have no words! It was fantastic 😊

Short stay in London close to Vatican City

Pros: The location of the Matriosca Suites is perfect, at about 15 minutes walking from Vatican City. We also had a car and we managed to park it on the street close to the building. The room is small, but for a short stay is perfect. We loved the Jacuzzi and we would have used the balcony more if the temperature would have been higher. The communication with the host has been great, despite we did not meet her in person.

Cons: The size of the room is good for a short stay, there is no wardrobe, only few hangers. We had breakfast at the bar and, included in the prize, they offer a typical Italian breakfast - hot beverage (coffee, cappuccino etc) and one pastry (which was delicious).

Pros: Clean, comfortable, and plenty of toiletries and tea, coffee, and water. Close to the vatican and lots of cafes and supermarket within the area.

Cons: It's quite small, but it's what you expect from accommodation close to main centres.

Pros: Location, good Internet. The host reacted quickly on problems. E.g. problems with streaming service.

Cons: Breakfast is only delivered as a box. Limited possibility to use it as a real appartement. No microwave. No water heater.

Great location, nice room

Pros: The neighbourhood was great and supermarket is just around the corner. Host was wery kind and aprochible at any time. Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of bagels and croissants for breakfast.

Cons: It was written that toiletries were included in price but there was not hand soap in the toilet and just one small pack of shower gel and shampoo for each person, That wasn't nearly enough for 3 day stay. We got just two towels, there was no hand towel.

Pros: It was a great room, and the Ilenia was very nice and always helped when we needed anything.

Cons: There was no hot water, if we were lucky it was warm. Very inconvenient if the weather is not good and if it is cold outside.

Pros: Stanza molto pulita e accogliente, apprezzata anche la colazione al bar sotto la struttura
