It is as expensive as it looks in the photos!

Pros: It was wonderful! Very clean, it has a kettle, coffee and tea, soap, slippers, a hairdryer, and even a toothbrush! Whatever we needed, we had direct communication with the owner, very good location, they accommodated us because we arrived earlier, the room was available early and when we were leaving they kept our suitcases until the afternoon! We highly recommend it! Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!!!!

Pros: Property felt so luxurious and clean! Bedrooms very comfortable and every room has a bathroom and TV

Great place to stay in Rome, would go back any time.

Pros: Clean accomodation in a great location, friendly staff. The room is not too big, but well equipped, with a comfortable bed.

Cons: Little low on water pressure, especially is the mornings.

Excellent room for a couple right next to the Vatican

Pros: Room was very clean and well organized. Even though there was no wardrobe the rail system with hangers works perfectly. Very nice shared kitchen area with everything included.

Cons: walls are a bit thin and you could hear water flushing from the neighbors and different other noises.

Fair for a last minute booking

Pros: In general I like the area around Vatican city comparing to the city center..The room was exceptionally clean , cozy and I would say luxury..

Cons: It was pricey if you think that the kitchen and coffee machine was in a common area..In that price you can find a room with better facilities ...

Great value for money, amazing facilities but communications with host could improve

Pros: Great facilities and very clean. Close to Vatican City and well connected via public transport.

Cons: The host was not contactable via Whatssap, so we had to wait for a while to check in when we arrived (even though the arrival time had been confirmed via booking.com messages). Had to ask the neighbour to call the host, as we had data-only sim cards. It is a 30-40 minute commute on public transport to the historical centre part of Rome.

Pros: The room was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host was very kind. We had some problems coming to accommodation because of transportation strike, so we arrived very late, but they were really helpful. There are many buses that go near the city center, plenty of restaurants, bars for coffee and pastry and a supermarket in the near proximity of the accommodation.

Cons: This is a minor issue, but the location isn't ideal if you want to get to the city center and back quickly at any time of day. Usually, you get to the city in 10-15 minutes by bus. But there aren't any metro stations nearby, buses can be unreliable later in the evening, and morning traffic can make even a taxi ride take 20-25 minutes. So, plan accordingly.

Convenient and clean

Pros: Very clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient.

Cons: The building where it’s allocated needs some updates , looks a bit old from the outside and the main door was not working. The kitchen may be improved, no coffee offered and insufficient kitchen utensils .

Great location, clean room, perfect for sightseeing.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean room, perfect base for sightseeing. Great location – right next to a bar with delicious coffee and cornetto, a shop for basics, and walking distance to all attractions. Smooth check-in, good communication with the host. Everything as expected, exactly what we needed.

Cons: There seems to be a shared kitchen in the building, but it’s quite poorly equipped. Adding some basic items would make it much more convenient for guests.

Pros: There is always only one bus for us to go to the attractions, which is not so convenient because the bus is always not on time. Despite this, everything is good.
