Pros: The room was nice and spacious. The kitchen was stacked well with all that was needed for a nice breakfast. Sandro was very helpful and friendly. He also gave us helpful tips about buses and the area. There was a bust stop right in front of the property.

We will definitely be back. Fabulous place to stay.

Pros: It was a fabulous place to stay ,walking distance of St Peters Basilica, lovely neighbourhood with excellent local restaurants, Breakfast every morning was perfect and was available all day The host was very helpful, gave great advice and made sure we had milk, orange juice and yoghurts in our fridge every day. Our rooms were spotless. We will definitely be back .

Central and clean - great service

Pros: The location is superb! 5-10 minutes walk to Vatican City and a bus stop just outside taking you to Piazza Venezia (close to Roman Forum and Colosseum) - we actually walked to Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi one day. Great flexibility with breakfast as it was self-service and fabulous service from the host. Clean and nice room. Rome S. Pietro trainstation within 7 minutes' walk that takes you to and from the airport. The hotel can absolutely be recommended!

Cons: Could have been more knifes available at breakfast when all guests are eating at the same time. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about. :-)

Cons: Bathroom was a bit damp... It was cleaned regularily but there was a problem with ventilation probably and the humid smell was present.

Great location close to the Vatican & wonderful host!

Pros: It was perfect for our family of 4. Sandro the host was so accommodating & helpful. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours & we missed our check in time, however Samdro was there waiting at 1:30am when we arrived to let us in. The breakfast was a bonus & a nice touch. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Sandro!

Friendly host, location and comfortable

Pros: Easy access to the Vatican. The host was very friendly. Breakfast was included and the host made sure there was enough to eat. Lots of restaurants close by with a supermarket next door. Accommodation was clean with comfortable beds.

Cons: Only needs a microwave. Maybe more savoury instead of sweat for Breakfast. This would have been a 10.

Pros: From the time we arrived & left it felt like a home away from home. Yes… the Brown Room was small but it was all we needed given we were sooo close to the Vatican & away all day. The breakfast provided & the meal room just outside our door was a perfect addition. Being in contact via What’s App meant that Massimo was waiting for us with a personal greeting even though we were late on our arrival due to unavoidable traffic issue. Sandro ensured we were always in contact no matter what our question was.. including providing us a contact for a very early transfer to the airport on our departure day. Would definitely book again.
