Pros: The host is very kind...great location...the place is very clean..the beds are comfortable.. we difinitely reccomend it

Pros: Had no trouble reaching the property. The room was clean. Our host Jessica was very helpful and sweet. The location is good - walking distance from the Vatican City. There is plenty of public transport nearby so you can easily get to the city center.

Good value for money and great location

Pros: Fantastic location to visit the Vatican - good restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket right across the street. Nice balcony for smoking. Friendly host.

Cons: The street the apartment looks to is quite busy, so it can get noisy. Also, the booking stated that laundry service was included for extra charge, but in fact there was no laundry at the property, there are laundry services nearby, but they are not self service (so they are costly) and they are not available 24/7, which for me was a problem as I had planned to do laundry at a certain time.

Pros: Loved the room..very spacious. Balcony was nice, beds were comfy and everything was clean. Staff was super nice.. they even let us checkout a little late.

Cons: Location is pretty far from Rome centre but its nice to have bus stops nearby the guesthouse.

Despite some nuances, there was nice. The owner is friendly and talkative.

Pros: It was nice, the furniture is new and good looking. In a room, there is even a fridge, condition and TV. The owner is a very friendly, and gave us a map of Rome and told us how to get to places. And also we were allowed to drink coffee or tea in the waiting room )

Cons: But, anyway I want to highlight a few things. We came a little early (at 13:00) but check-in at 14:00 ( and it was okay, we were waiting ) But, also we were told that our room was cleaning and unfortunately when we checked in the floor was not clean enough. We didn't bring slippers so a few hours later our socks were very dirty.. the blanket was dirty too and was without a duvet cover … Finally, we asked the owner if we could leave our luggage in her apartment, and she agreed. I asked her what time we could pick them up, she said “maximum at 23:40”, which was actually good for us, because we had to be at the airport at 0:00. But then it turned out that it was misunderstood, and we were not allowed to leave them until 23:40, only until 17/18, which was actually strange, because she said that at 23:40 guests would sleep (and I highlight that luggage should be in the waiting room, not in the property)

Pros: The room is big and very comfortable. The facilities are new. Everyday they clean it and takeaway the garbage. It has all the needed facilities and you can contact the owner easily the environment is also very pleasant, there is carfour market opposite side of the street and it feel safe at night It would like to recommend it for family - 5 persons

Pros: A very pleasant, clean apartment with access to a balcony. An excellent starting point for the most important attractions in Rome, the Basilica is only a 10-minute walk away. Bus stop right next to the building. The owner of the apartment is a great, helpful person I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a pleasant and stress-free holiday in Rome.

For us it was the perfect base from where we could explore Rome.

Pros: The owners were very nice and helpful. The room is clean, wide. The guesthouse is near the center, easily reachable by public transport.
