Train Station

Really great place, convenient, beautiful and affordable.

Pros: The place is opposite Termini Train Station which turned out to be quite convenient. The neighborhood is interesting, very diverse and plenty to do just by going around. The Mercato Centrale at Termini offers great choice of places to eat and good for all budgets and is open all day and until 11:00 pm! Annalisa place has a lot of character and is very well designed and decorated beautifully to a high standard, definitively not your average tourist apartment. The bed was the best bed ever and the lovely terrace yet another plus. One access the buildong and flat with codes and everything went smoothly, she was accomodating and responsive. Overall very pleasant lovely place and host.

Pros: Good apartment if you want to stay close to Termini station. There was everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We felt safe and comfortable in the building and in the neighborhood. There is food market nearby, which I recommend to visit.

Great location and view

Pros: Location, balcony, view. Could see the sunrise and some Christmas fireworks. It is across the road from the excellent Mercato Centrale and a short walk to an excellent local food and vegetable market

Cons: We had a shower blockage for the last few days but that was on Christmas Day and the staff committed to fixing this. Some tenants didn't shut the elevator doors but the elevator is being upgraded to fully automatic in 2026. There are a dozen steps from street level which could be difficult for some.

Pros: Great apartment, in a convenient location. The balcony was amazing. The location is perfect to reach all the attractions of the city by metro or bus. One of the best apartments I have booked. It has a lift, coffee machine and controlled access. Everything was new and clean. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Annalisa is a great host.

A beautiful apartment with great facilities. It felt luxurious and was spotlessly clean.

Pros: The property was exceptional. We had a very comfortable stay and it was spotless. The balcony was amazing. We were only there for one night but had everything we needed. Thank you so much for the excellent communication and accommodating our earlier check in.

Nice and clean appartment with lovely terrace close to Termini station

Pros: Very nice and clean appartment on the 6th floor with a large terrace, close to the train station Termini. We especially liked the large terrace, it's nice to be able to sit outside after a long day of walking in the city. Location is perfect to reach all highlights in the city by metro or bus. Of course there is some noise from the trains, but it hasn't bothered us, inside the appartment it's quiet. We loved it!

Pros: The apartment has breathtaking design with a real wow effect, beautifully furnished with great taste and top-quality amenities. Location is directly at Termini – perfect for train travellers, but less ideal for sightseeing as the station area is not the nicest (taxis recommended).

Pros: The apartment is brand new. Everything in the kitchen is complete! The terrace is great and the landlord is very nice.

Pros: .Spent only one night, good location if you need to commute to the airport. Clean, newly renovated, great AC, great spaciuse balcony. highly recommended.
