Staff and receptionists are all so lovely and helpful, room was clean, and location is perfect

Pros: It’s very close to the most popular monuments and places, as well as metro and bus stops

Cons: Balconies are all connected so it’s a little bit uncomfortable

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!

Pros: We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel during our first visit to Rome, and it made our trip even more special. Traveling as a family, comfort and service were especially important to us — and this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable from the very first moment. The staff is absolutely outstanding – incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Whenever we reached out with any request or question, they responded immediately and resolved everything in the shortest possible time. Their professionalism and truly guest-oriented approach made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is simply ideal – convenient, central, and perfect for exploring the city. In its category, this hotel is undoubtedly one of the best. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a perfect location.

I recommend staying here for a short experience in Rome

Pros: the location is excellent, room was spacious and comfortable

Cons: some problems with the shower: drain clogged, cold water one morning, water leaking outside the shower

“Centrally located, but noisy and with limited breakfast choice.

Pros: The hotel is located right in the city center, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast is available, but the selection is not very wide. There are cafés and restaurants all around. If peace and quiet in the evenings are important to you, this is not the right place, as there is a theater nearby and music can be clearly heard on weekend evenings. On weekday evenings, there seem to be maintenance works at the theater, and noise can be heard as well

Pros: Location is very good, because it is very close to Spanish place. Reception is very kind.

Cons: It is a little difficult to use shower.

Pros: The hotel is good located, the staff is always very friendly. The coffee is really good and the price is similar to the coffee shops around.

Pros: Amazing location, third time in Rome, third time staying in Hotel King. This time I had room with balcony and street view. Very nice room and bathroom, balcony is big.

Cons: I missed more fruits at breakfast. Only apples.

Pros: Very central, clean and accommodating in some aspects.

Cons: No kettle/coffee making facility in the room.

Pros: Location is perfect and close to some major attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Place is very close to metro station and the bus stops. It's surrounded by some good places to eat. They allowed us to store our luggage post check out while we were out which was a great relief.

Cons: During our two days stay, the AC was automatically turned off centrally around 9-10 a.m. which makes uncomfortable to stay in room during summer months. As explanation i was told that it's some maintenance going on for entire Hotel however felt strange to happen for both days of our stay. Amenities within the room are limited however same is as mentioned in description of the property listing.

From start to finish, our trip was enjoyable.

Pros: The location was perfect for a citybreak. It was so accessible for sightseeing.

Cons: The airconditioning wasn’t scheduled to come on until mid May. We found the room very warm at night.
