Great location and good quality for the price

Pros: The room has all the necessities though it is not that spacious. The location was great, 3-4 mins to the metro station, 10 mins to Fontana di Trevi and 15 mins to Pantheon by walk. The area was safe and good looking. The stuff was very included in the process, always kept in touch, communication went great. Complimentary coffee area was a good thought! Would definitely recommend if you are into high price/performance ratio.

Cons: The running hot water in the shower needs to be kept at higher degrees. It was warm in general rather than hot.

Pros: They upgraded me as a surprise and the room was great. The personnel was very kind and helpful!

Pros: Great location, easy to find. Room was clean & had everything I needed. 24/7 coffee & juices plus filtered water was great. Daily cleaning service plus chocolates was was amazing. Great friendly staff & good communication

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Very clean and modern. Super convenient bar open 24/7 where you can get free water (still or sparkling), coffee and biscuits. Excellent location, very close to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Everything! Amazing communication and service from the staff. Hotel location was super close to all the attractions and shopping. It was also very clean and spacious.

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing, there to help us at any time. Housekeeping was fantastic, the room was consistently clean. Location was perfect, so close to everything within walking distance

The staff could not have been any more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we knew how to wander around the city

Pros: It is an an ideal position , near metro station and gives good access to wander round this beautiful city.

Cons: Was a little difficult to find as no signage outside, but once staff appeared to find us 😂😂 it was more obviously our fault. If we had read the address properly 1C 👍👍

Centrally located but some issues

Pros: The hotel was well located and it was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see (Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Spanish Steps etc). There are good restaurants nearby although some overcharge so be careful. The bed was comfortable. Milk, coffee and fruit juice were available free of charge and a very nice touch. There were a few hangers for your clothes and the small room maximised its size with mirrored and transparent furniture. We met the staff once and they were lovely and kept in touch by WhatsApp.

Cons: There are some areas for improvement. There is no sign outside to indicate the name of the hotel but that could be a deliberate security decision. The hotel is on a steep, cobbled street and only half the front door opens and it opens immediately onto steep steps. It makes getting your luggage in quite tricky. Our room was in perpetual darkness as the window is shielded by a blind and you wouldn’t want to open it. The small bathroom could be an issue for some as it is badly designed with a shower in the middle which spills water if you are not very careful. There was white spray waterproofing in every joint and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut as it had swelled with previous water damage.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the best location, central to everywhere you need to go. The room has everything you need for a great stay.

Cons: The bathroom is on the small side.
