Pros: Location was fantastic. Staff were exceptional so friendly and so nice always greeted with a friendly face each morning for breakfast and service was wonderful. Room was spotless and cleaned every day with all fresh top ups of toiletries towels etc.

Perfect location, kind staff - some imprevements could be made

Pros: The location of the hotel is amazing — just a few minutes away from the Fontana di Trevi. We didn’t use the metro at all; if you enjoy walking, everything is within walking distance. The hotel facilities are overall very nice, but unfortunately we stayed in the main room on the first floor, which is the only one with an old wooden door. This made the room really noisy. We were waking up from 6 AM due to very loud sounds (the old elevator going up and down, people passing by, and the staff working in the basement). We didn’t want to let it ruin our mood, and since we stayed only for 2 nights, we went along with it… but for the price we paid (€300+ per night), this shouldn’t be happening. I believe the hotel should seriously consider making this door more soundproof. The staff was very helpful and kind, so we had no other complaints.

Cons: Soundproofing the door of our room (the old wooden door) would make a big difference. Also, the bathroom on the main floor could use a bit more attention. It would also be great if the shampoo and body-wash bottles in the bathroom were updated.

Pros: Very friendly staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable room. Excellent coffee and buffet breakfast.

Cons: The room is a little small however the location and boutique style compensate for this.

It is a great place too stay at once you are in Rome!

Pros: Downtown area, very nice and kind staff really helpful, clean, silent because of the silence proof window, great view of the city very close to the Trevi!

Cons: Breakfast was a little poor, small place to eat. The elevator is unbelievably narrow, Guiness record narrow:-)

Pros: Amazing property in a great location. Staff absolutely amazing, so friendly & nothing too much trouble. Rooms spotless. Breakfast omelettes so good & Breakie great value. Excellent coffee too. Would definitely stay again. Taxi pick up directly across the road. So handy.
