Pros: The staff is very good, thank you to Mr. Joseph and Mehran, they are very caring and humane, and to the other staff of the hotel in general, I will never forget how you helped my child and my family. The location is very convenient, very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi.

Real VFM

Pros: The room was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. We really liked the freshly cooked salads and the homemade cakes. The hotel is very central and we were able to get to it from everywhere. The location feels very safe.

Cons: The room was above the main street and the insulation in the windows was not good. You could hear all the traffic noise. There is a climb of 14 steps to the elevator, which didn't bother us much, but it's important that others know.

Pros: The room was excellent, the beds very comfortable and cleans. The size of the room is excelente too.

Cons: They wanted to charge me for breakfast even though I was telling them that it was already included in the final price I paid. And the hotel doorman at the reception was the worst, he wanted me to show my passport to the receptionist and not my ID, because I am not EUROPEAN, in the end I showed it so as not to argue, but it was a terrible time. He wanted me to explain to him what I was doing there without my passport. Maybe he is an immigration agent?

This hotel was perfect for a city break.

Pros: Perfect location. Clean, comfy bed, Everything worked as explained on arrival. Would definitely come back.

Cons: We opted not to have breakfast despite it being very reasonable and food looked delicious. Dining room was inside and quite small space and very busy. Didn’t feel relaxing at all and just not the experience we wanted.

Pros: The property is situated across many buildings. The building we got was really modern and nice! The room itself was better than we were expecting, very spacious and modern. Perfect for a few nights stay while exploring Rome. Location was great, everything was walkable distance.

Cons: The only down side is the stairs you gotta take to get into the building and there are no lifts from the entrance to the lobby.
