Great break in Rome

Pros: Everything. The room was great the staff were lovely. Veronica and Yasmin were lovely and always smiling talking to you. Very polite and courteous a credit to the hotel. Christina & Paolo

Cons: The shower is small, but for us it's a completely insignificant drawback.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, rooms were cozy and staff friendly. The location is very good, 5m from piazza Spagna and about 6m from Trevi fountain. They also offer tours for FREE and have a lot of options. Would definitely come back here in the future.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff - the entire team was extremely kind and attentive. Lovely birthday surprise - when they found out it was my birthday, they decorated the room with balloons and a card, and during breakfast I could blow out candles while the staff sang wishes. High standard of cleanliness - both the room and the entire hotel were very clean and well-maintained. Delicious breakfast - wide selection of options, both sweet and savory. Excellent location - right in the city center, within walking distance of the main attractions. Convenient surroundings - just two steps from the hotel there is a pharmacy and an Italian supermarket.

Pros: Very pleasant stay. The hotel is located in a historic building with a lot of charm, creating a true Roman atmosphere. Excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Good location. Taxi drop off at hotel. The staff were very responsive via WhatsApp and they were always very pleasant and friendly. There were interesting free experiences, however we did not join as it did not fit our schedule.

Cons: As the quadruple room has 2 levels, the top level can be quite warm. Also, our refrigerator was not working well.

What a Gem in a perfect location

Pros: Staff were all friendly, professional and nothing was too much and they went out of their way to help make the stay such a wonderful experience, told us of inclusive excursions, helped book a taxi, remembered room number and coffee preference, always a greeting and a smile and efficient and calm. The rooms were clean and so comfortable. The stay was seamless and I would highly recommend this hotel and this chain of hotels.
