Beautiful hotel, quiet with excellent service

Pros: The property is really beautiful, as you can see in the pictures, it really does live up to the images. The staff are very kind and welcoming. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to offer small touches to help me celebrate it. It definitely felt 5 stars with the service and small touches like the turn down service. Breakfast is great, a small high quality buffet and also à la carte menu with hot options and granola ect. The hotel was very quiet, we had the spa to ourselves. The pool is much bigger than it appears in the pictures.

Cons: We did book the smallest room but it was very small! The bar is very busy, we waited ages to get served and ended up leaving and going back to our room. Very random but the room was incredibly hot (in early March) and we were told me couldn’t control the air ourselves. We ended up sleeping with the window open but the music was turned on at 7am.

Pros: This hotel was incredible. Everything was beautiful like living in a museum. The decoration, the terrasse and the room was amazing. We have been more that welcoming by the team. One of the best experience we had.
