Excellent service and stay

Pros: First rate staff. I annoyed them with many messages before arrival as we had some odd logistical issues and the staff always treated me kindly and professionally. And that did not change in person. Personable, helpful and courteous. Kudos to the staff. Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of options. Beds are comfortable and bedding lovely. Good amount of space. Spectacular location where you can visit Trevi fountain early in the morning before the crowds arrive. And easy to walk to most other sites. Taxi stand right outside hotel and Ubers plentiful nearby.

Cons: Minor complaint - room had a Sliding bathroom door which meant toilet not fully soundproof from rest of room.

Great hotel in a good location

Pros: The hotel was in a very good location next to the Trevi fountain. It was clean, comfortable and included a good breakfast. We managed to walk to the attractions (including colosseum, Vatican) as walking was a good way to see Rome.

Great stay and great staff.

Pros: Staff was amazing, whoever cleaned our room on the first 2 days of our stay was exceptional, even organized our make up. The room was great, beds could have been a little more comfortable but it really wasn’t an issue nor was it super uncomfortable, it was just fine. Complimentary water was provided which was great, upon check out we asked for an airport transfer and they got us one within 10 minutes, they stored our luggage upon check out for free. Hotels location was great, right next to the trevi, we got up at 5am and went down to the trevi to take pictures. As 2 girls alone we had no issues and felt safe. There was some noise from the passage way but we couldn’t hear much from the other rooms just the passage way was loud when people walked by which wasn’t even often. We had a great sleep and great stay, breakfast was good, but it was mostly pastries, but there was eggs and sausage and bacon.

Pros: The hotel location is in the center close to everything, in a busy area full of tourists i enjoyed a quiet sleep and nice room . service is very well maintained on a daily base.
