Pros: Perfect location, our room was clean with a nice terrace. Great breakfast, friendly staff in the breakfast room and very helpful ladies at the reception desk. Also the man who helped us with our bags was very friendly.

Cons: The price is to high for the offered standard-the room was rather like in the 3 star hotel, the bathroom was clean but oldfashioned and needs renovation. Weird smell in the corrridor near the elevator. We had the impression that at the reception desk only the ladies were interested in their job and guests.

Pros: Booked just for one night as a result of having to travel to Rome a day early due to train strikes. The hotel was spot on and close to our hotel that had been booked for the main stay. Reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location perfect. Would have been very happy if this had been our hotel for the remaining nights. Definitely one to come back to.

Pros: An excelent choice in a perfect location near the best part of the city. Just a few minutes walk to the main tourist and shopping attractions with a large choice of bakeries, restaurants and convenience and delicatessen markets around it. Taxi station and public transport around the corner even thought all center of Rome is reachable in walking distances. Elegant hotel with friendly staff.

Pros: The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, the bed is comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom needs improvment in toiletries and if there was a shower, it would be even better.

An excellent weekend with family, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel

Pros: All was fine, staff are super friendly, breakfast was just right, rooms are well spaced with very good wardrobe arrangement and the location is fantastic

Cons: the only thing is that the bathrooms are somewhat dated, need an upgrade and the showers are small.
