Pros: Very good location, comfortable room , bed and bathroom with modern design and wonderful breakfast.

Cons: The rooms with a window to courtyard are very noisy if opened, because an engine that works all the time.

Overall, if it weren’t for the paid spa, I would confidently give this hotel a 10/10.

Pros: I originally chose this hotel because it had a spa, hoping to relax before our flight, but it turned out that the spa area is paid separately. That was a bit disappointing, as I either missed this information or it wasn’t clearly stated on Booking. The cost is around €150 for two people for 1.5 hours. The room itself was excellent — very spacious, with a large comfortable bed, and fully matching the photos. We really enjoyed the room. Breakfast was very good by Rome standards: not just coffee and a croissant, but a proper, filling breakfast that gives you enough energy to go explore the city. We were very satisfied with it. Overall, if it weren’t for the paid spa, I would confidently give this hotel a 10/10.

Absolutely wonderful.

Pros: The location is exceptional. Our room was beautiful; a really good size and very well appointed. The fit out of the hotel is absolutely stunning. I love a hotel that lets you open windows, especially when you are looking out onto a view of the streets in Rome.

Cons: The breakfast was very good but a little limited in what was offered. Everything that was offered was very nice, but it was just a little limited.

As a short stay or a long term base, it is the best boutique hotel we have stayed at.

Pros: Although we only stayed one night after a travel ordeal, we were treated with respect & courtesy. We received a wonderful & friendly welcome. The staff are all amazing. We enjoyed beautiful food in the restaurant with personal service & attention. Was superb. As an architect I loved the amazing attention to detail in decor & design. We will 100% stay again. As avid & discerning travelers, it was beyond what we were expecting.

Exceptional and high standards all round.

Pros: TB Place ticked all our boxes interms of location, comfort, amenities and the attention to detail in our room. The room was exceptionally furnished with smart lighting and facilities. We had a full mini bar, good coffee machine, kettle, robes, slippers all of it. The bathroom was very big and spacious and beautiful. The room service was efficient and second to none. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The rooftop bar was lovely too and the restaurant was exceptional. This is going to be definitely our hotel in our future trips in Rome. Can't wait to go back.
