Unbeatable views of the Spanish Steps!

Pros: In terms of location, we could not have asked for a better view from our balcony, overlooking the Spanish Steps.

Cons: Tea and coffee making facilities could have been better in particular the provision of milk or milk sachets.

Pros: We really enjoyed the room, the view was iconic. Very clean. The hotel staff was kind, polite, and smiling. They always helped and with every question the entire staff went out of their way to please us. I have visited many hotels in the world. This hotel was the most iconic that could be. We enjoyed the hotel from the view of the stairs from the balcony. And the area in which the hotel is located

Top location

Pros: The location of this hotel is unbelievable. You are literally ON the Spanish Steps, the whole Spagna area is great to visit, very safe and full of bars, restaurants and shops around the piazza and on Via del Corso. You can walk to most major sights (10 minutes gentle walk to Trevi and Pantheon). The Vatican is walkable, and also only 3 stops on the metro. There's also a taxi rank at the edge of the piazza. The staff at the hotel are fabulous, so kind and helpful. Facilities are good, comfortable bed and a robe! Hairdryer was great quality, which I appreciated.

Cons: They don't really make enough of the terrace, given its location. Be aware that the Spanish Steps is busy and noisy all day and all night. The soundproofing in the rooms is not really good enough. Some areas of the rooms are looking a bit worn and need some attention.

Pros: Brilliant location...right beside the spanish steps and within walking distance of most tourist attractions.....appreciated the historic value of the building....delicious breakfast... .very helpful and friendly staff...beautiful ornate room....enjoyed early evening g n t on the terrace watching the tourists on the spanish steps..

We would highly recommend for a stay

Pros: The staff made our stay very comfortable and made our stay very memorable. The location halfway up the Spanish Steps was excellent and we enjoyed our time on the balcony watching the world go by.

Fantastic visit to Rome.

Pros: Fantastic view of the Spanish steps, comfy room, lovely staff. Had to go over the road for breakfast but t was very nice.

Pros: Phenomenal location for a lovely romantic break away in Rome. Everything within walking distance. Views from our room over the steps was amazing. Room was picture perfect. 5 stars!
