Staff are helpful even after check out.

Pros: We received a great welcome from the reception staff. The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to the main tourist hotspots. The corner bath was an added bonus, especially after a long day of walking.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

This is a great hotel to stay at in the heart of Rome if you want clean, friendly and great location

Pros: From the moment we walked in the door the staff was fabulous. Polite, accommodating and kind! Also the housekeeping staff were wonderful. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Hotel in an excellent location

Pros: The location was excellent for people without a car as there are many restaurants, shops, cafés immediately walkable in the vicinity of the hotel. We literally walked to all the main attractions in Rome (Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Forum, Popolo Piazza, Castel Saint Angelo, the Christmas cake building !), including walking to the Vatican ! The lady on Reception (unfortunately I don’t remember her name), was very helpful with any issues we had. We only took breakfast on the first day as my niece is vegan so she couldn’t really eat very much from the choice on offer. For me breakfast was ok as there were scrambled eggs, fruit, and pastries

Cons: The bathroom was long but very narrow and we had use the toilet sitting at an angle ! The bed was too close to the wardrobe so I had to do gymnastics to open the wardrobe door to access my clothes and the safety box !

Excellent location, lovely staff and would highly recommend.

Pros: Excellent location within short walking distance of Spaniah steps and most major attractions .Great choice of breakfast for a European hotel. Plenty of restaurants literally within a few steps of hotel. Great shopping all around from Top Designers to gift shops,pharmacies ,mini supermarkets , ice cream parlours etc. And lovely friendly staff.

Cons: Not the hotels fault , but we stayed in room 112 and sometimes early morning workers such as deliveries etc might wake you a little earlier than you would like as traffic can pass through the street inwhich hotel is located.. This can be said for many of the accommodations in Rome centre as traffic is never far away. Easy to reach from myero station.
