Pros: Everything- the room, location, great staff and nice breakfast in the restaurant nearby.

Pros: Communication via what’s app to get us directly checked into our apartment located off site was excellent. Room modern large and good location. They also collected our bags & stored them at reception . Excellent service.

Cons: A little noisy of an evening from foot traffic but not major, just worth noting if you like more peaceful.

Pros: Small hotel , very clean and rooms were exactly as mentioned. The staff was very helpful, housekeeping clean rooms every single day. The location is exceptional, right next to the Spanish steps. Small streets full of cafes and boutiques. Perfect location. And a very good hotel !

Pros: Location is very close to Spanish Steps. We stayed in Junior Suite, located in the just opposite building to the main hotel building. Room was spacious. Great experience.

Cons: The breakfast is arranged in a nearby small restaurant. Very limited options. I would suggest to have breakfast from lots of nearby restaurants.

Pros: The location and the apartment. The location is close to Piazza del Popolo (6mins) on foot and 10 mins to Piazza di Spagna. The apartment.was well furnished with all the needed amenities.

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Condotti Boutique Hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of everything and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade we had our own balcony which made our stay even more special. Since we were visiting over Valentine’s Day, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help my partner arrange roses and prosecco in the room. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The team was attentive and helpful, even arranging our taxi to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location, wonderful service, and a truly memorable stay in Rome.
