A perfect hotel for a weekend in Rome!

Pros: The hotel was perfect for a weekend break. Located in a narrow street just south of Piazza di Spagna. Clean, comfortable rooms that were good value for central Rome and great staff. The hotel has a restaurant, but whilst it doesn’t serve breakfast one of the staff kindly took us to the rooftop terrace of the sister hotel for a delightful start to the day. Giuseppe and his team could not have been more helpful …. booking restaurants for dinner, transfers to the airport and giving advice on things to do. Always welcoming us back with a smile. Great!

Pros: Everything; staff, location, room and the restaurant. This was the third time we visited Mario de Fiori. The staff is extremly nice and helpful ( Ruben and Olga and all the others.) Upon arrival they arranged for a larger room for us which was perfect. And the restaurant is perfect after walking the whole day. So, Grazie Mille, and see you in December

Great location, lovely room but a bit noisy.

Pros: Great location, lovely room, staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Cons: It was a bit noisy from the street. Despite the lift there are quite a few steps inside the hotel so it wouldn’t work for someone with limited mobility- or a lot of luggage. There’s no breakfast facilities so you have to go outside although there’s plenty of choice nearby.

Pros: Very central location, within walking distance to the spanish steps. Clean bathroom.

Cons: We stayed at the 1st floor so there was noise in the morning since it is a busy street filled with shops and restaurants
