Pros: The hotel is excellent. The reception desk is staffed 24/7 with courteous and professional receptionists. Our welcome was perfect, with a warm smile and a full, detailed explanation about the hotel and the nearby attractions. Whenever we needed assistance, they were always happy to help. At first, we had an issue with the room, and the staff made every effort to resolve it. In the end, we were upgraded at no additional cost so that our stay would not be affected. The hotel is located in a perfect location, very close (about a 3-minute walk) to the Spanish Steps and the main shopping street. The breakfast is generous (though not very varied for those staying many days), and the rooms are very clean.

Central and comfortable

Pros: The location was superb, super central and close to the spanish steps however isolated from the crowds since it's in secluded street off the main road, so whoever is there for shopping it is most ideal. It's also a few minutes walk to taxi stops and the metro and the park. The breakfast was superb in quality and variety, the rooms were comfortable for a quiet nights' sleep.

Pros: Location is great!! So convenient! Walking distance to all the shops , restaurants and most of the attractions! Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety! Staff was extremely kind and helpful

Cons: Rooms need renovation! And beds need to be replaced! Corridors don’t look so nice with the color!

Beautiful, welcoming and in the heart of Rome

Pros: Outstanding location - in a beautiful quiet street yet central and very close to the Spanish Steps - a perfect venue from which to explore Rome. Gorgeous boutique hotel with all facilities needed and exceptional, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Pros: Fantastic location, on one of the most beautiful streets of Rome. Great breakfast. Don't tell looks amazing when you enter however the rooms are a bit less in comparison, they're still very nice though. Friendly and helpful staff.
