Hotel Panda

We absolutely loved it here. It suited us perfectly and was great for the price

Pros: It was in a great location. Loved the quirkiness of the room. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Cons: The bathroom could have been a tad cleaner and we would have like coffee making facilities in the room as we had a very early departure, before breakfast was available.

Great stay!

Pros: The food and the facilities that you get for free, that make the travel with a toddler much easier (the iron, the sink and everything you need for baby’s dishes, the food in the common fridge that you can use any time, 24 hours reception, leaving the luggage after the checkout…). The location is the best. The room was cleaned perfectly. It is the best place for staying in Rome if you’re not a millionaire.

Cons: Just the stairs to the elevator.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location.

Pros: Hotel is in a great location in the centre of Rome and within easy walking distance to most sights. The room was lovely and comfortable with views out to the street below(Via della Croce). Breakfast included was very good. Would defintely stay here again in future.

Amazing price and location.

Pros: Really good location if you want to visit, walks are short. Enjoyed as much as i could. Will visit again for sure!

Ideal location and great staff made our stay truly enjoyable

Pros: The location and staff are the standout features of this hotel. We were fortunate to have a room with a small balcony, which added a nice touch to our stay. The rooms are comfortable—slightly compact, but adequate for average-sized guests. Since our last visit, the hotel has undergone some updates, including the addition of a breakfast room where a simple breakfast is served daily.

Cons: The space around the bed—particularly near the balcony—was quite limited, making movement a bit constrained. Additionally, the bathroom offered minimal space for hanging towels, which was a bit inconvenient.

Ideal hotel for quick overnight stay

Pros: Amazing hotel with lots of charm and character. Kids loved the mezzanine beds! Location is great, 5 mins from metro and surrounded by restaurants

Cons: Only downside is lift doesn’t serve all floors which was tricky with 7 suitcases! Also, can be loud in the evening as surrounded by bars and restaurants

Pros: The room was great for one or maybe two people and it was clean, the staff was very kind and available and the location was very nice, really close to Piazza di Spagna and the Metro station.

Cons: There weren't any good restaurants around, mostly just tourist traps and I did find a bit of dust around the room, other than that it was a great hotel

We return ... again

Pros: This was our fourth stay at Panda. It is located close to the storic centro of Roma. Staff are friendly and hospitable. You are paying for a quiet location in the heart of Rome.

Cons: There is a lift but it is accessible on the first floor, so if you are lugging big bags around, you are in for a solid upper body work out! You also need to factor in getting to and from Panda - taxi is OK they can come pretty close; if you are on the metro, bus or other, you will need to be ready for a bumpy walk with your bags. All that said, if you want a comfortable welcoming small hotel in the centre of Rome, Panda is your place.

Great place for a family stay in Rome

Pros: Staff was great and friendly. Excellent location next to Spanish steps and metro. Room was plenty big for family of 4.

Cons: Didn't bother us much but the walls are thin enough so when people got in late or left for early flights, it woke us up(adults). Kids slept through it.

Great experience in Rome

Pros: Its really well located, the owners are really mind and they give you all the instructions and facilitate your whole stay. Highly recommended
