Incredible place to stay & location

Pros: The location is perfect just outside the crazy busy streets of Rome, close to the Roma central station, we walked everywhere and were still only 20-30’minutes walking from all the top tourist sites. The room was modern and clean, easy to get into and everything was explained so well in the communication from the property.

Beautiful place to spend a few days in Rome. Very clean, close to public transportation. Really recommend this place!

Pros: The location is good, near public transports that go everywhere you need. It was extremely clean and very comfortable.

Cons: The address on google maps doesn’t lead you to the property.

Pros: Neat clean rooms, good proximity to the trevi fountain. Supermarket nearby for emergencies. Good security for access.

Cons: Could use some provisions for milk/instant coffee/tea. All perfect otherwise.

Pros: The property was clean and it looks exactly like from the picture

Cons: The only annoying thing is the wood part of the bead🤣 you always gonna got your knee sometimes

Superb!

Pros: Would definitely recommend this property. The customer service was excellent - she replied very fast and was super nice. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the security was thorough. Loved our stay.

Cons: The only issue was the overhead rain shower was not working.

Amazing

Pros: Everything is perfect. Nice location, not far away from attractions but also close to a quiet and local area with many hidden gems of coffee, gelato and restaurants. Very clean and spacious room, much bigger than in photos. The building is also a lovely vintage one but interior is modern and new.

Cons: The staff don't speak much English but not a big problem.

Cozy room with a view

Pros: The location was amazing. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was convenient. There was a romantic city view visible from our room.

Cons: The lift was often not working due to doors left open. Not so comfortable when on fifth floor

Easy going and fun

Pros: 1) good location- 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps 2) good wifi and air conditioning 3) good security- requires 2 passcodes and 1 swipe card to get into the room 4) asked questions via booking.com and was answered in a timely manner. Happy with the service provided through messages.

Cons: 1) only provided with two towels for 4 day stay? 2) no area to leave baggage before check in- maybe a locker could be created for situations like as the suite does not take any responsibility of missing items. 3) shower pressure is slow

Pros: Very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also really good, and the location decent. It was also great to have a lift (even though you have to walk down some steps to reach the flat).

Cons: We were hoping for some better facilities - but the fridge shuts off when you leave the room, so you can’t really use it. There’s also no cutlery, only two small spoons. The electricity also went twice, but this was quickly fixed. The walls are also quite thin.

Very good stay

Pros: Modern and very functional suite. Quality bed linen, towels, amenities and hairdryer. Very clean and quiet.

Cons: The shower flow could be better. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, but it didn't cause any problems.
