Brilliant location

Pros: Very friendly helpful staff. Brilliant location as easy walk to main sites. Breakfast was good but not great.

Cons: Attic room is a pretty tight fit and the stairs are pretty dangerous if you need to go to the bathroom at night. might be good to put a health warning on these rooms. Pillows were just abut acceptable, but not comfortable.

Pros: The hotel was in such a perfect area and so close to everything!

Highly recommended place

Pros: Boutique hotel, very warm, very comfortable bed, strong water flow and always hot water, clean, tidy, the staff is always warm and welcoming, available at all hours, a good feeling of security, good breakfast, everything you need and plenty. Located in the center of things, everything is around, double windows, you can't hear the street. Located on the 4th floor of a building, there are a few more steps to go up to the front door and a few more steps to go up to another floor of rooms, at check-in the staff helps with carrying the luggage. Highly recommend the place, it was our best choice in Rome, the hotel really helped make our trip a success, we will definitely return to it on our next trip.

Cons: That we had to leave

Pros: It was a very quaint hotel, super central and walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good and a good variety.

Cons: Noisy neighbours woke us up early...but nothing to do with the hotel really.

Pros: The receptionist was nice, always available to help and guide us. The Hotel is located just small walk away from Trevi Fountain

heart of Rome

Pros: We stayed at the hotel in the very heart of Rome, and it was the perfect location. Everywhere we went to shop or explore, we could easily stop by the hotel to drop off our bags and continue our day which made the whole experience so convenient and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Andrea, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He helped us with our rooms, carried our luggage, explained everything we needed to know, and always made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Andrea made us feel at home, not just like hotel guests. Thank you, Andrea and see you next time in Rome! ✨

Just what we needed as a base for a long weekend in Rome.

Pros: Excellent location and staff, ideal for a sightseeing visit. Clean compact room with coffee and tea, as well as a safe. Desk staff spoke fluent English and were helpful with all queries.

Cons: The bathroom flooded, possibly because the shower screen fitting was not waterproof. We had some difficulty with the electrical sockets.

Cons: Stylish and unique

Pros: - Location: The hotel is placed at the centre of Rome, 7 minutes from Piazza de Spagna. We went everywhere on foot, apart from the day we visited the Colloseum, where we took the metro (located at Piazza de Spagna). - Room: the room had satisfactory space for us and our luggages, and had everything we needed. On the plus, the small balcony, which is great to sit and relax for travellers visiting the city from spring until autumn. Also the balcony and the window allow natural light to enter the room. - Breakfast: European breakfast which can cover all needs. On the plus, the Christmas treats (panetone, biscuits), which were very tasty! - Christmas welcome: Hotel kindly placed Christmas treats in our room, to celebrate Christmas day (Prosecco and Panettone). This was much appreciated and made our stay more pleasant! - Personnel was really kind and helped us on everything we needed. Overall, our stay was really nice and it is highly recommended!

Pros: Ultra friendly staff, good breakfast, good room. Perfect communication with bus and walking distance.

Cons: Not related with the hotel itself but the area can be too crowded on weekends, so expect very , vey busy streets around the place.
