Pros: On the day of my arrival, I was significantly late for check-in, but they accommodated me politely. The room was even cleaner than the photos and I was very satisfied. My only regret is that I was unable to enjoy breakfast due to my schedule. I was able to make the most of my stay at this hotel and enjoy sightseeing in Rome. Thank you very much.

The service was impeccable, the rooms spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere both cosy and welcoming. The villa itself is styled with great character — tasteful, distinctive, and full of charm. I especially appreciated the unique aesthetic of the apartments, which added a lovely touch of personality to the stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort with a sense of style.

Pros: The place is really nice. The morning receptionist was excellently friendly, and helped us with everything. We had good caffee, and good breakfast, and the room was totally nice and big.

Cons: We had a morning when we needed to left the villa at 7:00. The breakfast was from 7:30, and when I asked if we can get anything, the answere was: not, but in Rome there are lot places where we can buy some breakfast.
