Great week long stay, felt like home.

Pros: The hotel staff was very warm, friendly and helpful in organizing taxis, answering questions (before & during my stay). The breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect for visiting Bocconi around the corner. The room and bathroom were larger and very clean. I had a lovely stay.

Pros: The ambiance of the place- light music in the hall at all times and the delicious breakfast- made our stay extremely enjoyable and pleasant . Staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed.

Pros: All of the staff were exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: Location of hotel was a little further from metro than we anticipated. Could have done with some bedside drawers to put things in (other than wardrobe).
