Pros: As a family we stayed three nighta in a clean and spacious triple room (“Canova”), in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, safe and upscale neighberhood, very helpful and kind staff. We will surely come back again. Thank you.

Very friendly people and pretty place. Breakfast was amazing!

Pros: All the people were super friendly, the hotel was easy to reach by foot from the metro stations, and my room had a wonderful balcony on the front view. Breakfast was great and really tasty! The back garden is beautiful and I got a very nice room with a balcony and a nice bathroom.

Cons: This was definitely a one-time occasion, especially given the staff reaction, but unfortunately my room had a very unpleasant smell, I believe something with sewage was going on, but it's really didn't smell nice. It wasn't a problem because I could keep my windows open given the weather, but in other circumstances it would have been very annoying, I think.

Wonderful, luxurious stay in the North of Rome. Kind and Friendly staff. Lovely Villa and Garden.

Pros: I was only there one night but I'd say that the room was exceptional, Bed super comfy and the range offered for breakfast was excellent. I ate in the garden which was lovely, no crazy strong lights first thing in the morning, just sun and fresh air! Great coffee, the quality of the breads and pastries could have been slightly better but I'm being picky. The staff helped me with a tricky transport issue and the area is lovely. Beautiful old part of Rome, but outside the walled city so quiet, and less polluted. Huge villas everywhere. Really Torlonia is a villa, with its own garden. Lovely.

Cons: I wish everything had been 100% organic or spray-free and the toiletries/bathroom items all-natural. I always wish this, and hardly any hotels do it. There were some \

I would recommend Hotel Principle Torlonia. No problem with spending time to help. Rome is stunning.

Pros: The bed was comfy. I would love to come back. Room was a nice size and clean. Bathroom also a nice size. Staff were great. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Had a great cappuccino with breakfast.

Cons: The plastic toilet seat.
